Tyres are very slow to arrive as they do not hold UK stock of tyres. Their fitting partners don't even know who they are and will not honour any discount when shown the order invoice as tyre outlet suggests. Even worse, one of their partners that I had the tyres delivered to will not guarantee anything to do with the fitting as they see the order as customer providing own tyres despite being shipped directly to them by their 'partner'. Joke of a company highlighted very well by the partner

Do not use if you need tyres quickly or freshly manufactured. The delivery took 11 days and the tyres had a DoT of more than 5 years ago. Delticom are the company behind Tyres-outlet UK. Their complaints system via the Tyers-outlet web site fails after one return email due to system size limits which they hide behind. I will never use a Delticom company again. Do not use these charlatans.

Been waiting for delivery no correspondence from them ,then today just got a cancelled ordered email no explanation not even an apology .now got 10 days to find a tyre .so poor
Won’t ever be using them again .let’s hope my refund is in my bank

3 days after I placed my order I received an email saying delivery was delayed by 3 days. 6 days after that I received a flurry of 5 emails cancelling my original order and creating a new duplicate order with no explanation.

The phone number 0376888717 listed on the contact webpage linked to from their emails does not work.

The phone number I found through Google (0808 1891233) leads to an AI chatbot that could not help and could not connect me with a person.

The website chatbot could not help and could not put me through to a person.

I've therefore sent an email to cancel all orders linked to me and have placed the order with another company.

Ordered 2 tyres on 10th September, not delivered by 23rd September so cancelled the order, got cancellation confirmation through but still waiting for refund 3/10/25

Ordered two tyres from website and all seemed well, email confirmation and expected delivery date. After this is where it all goes horribly wrong. Ordered 05/08/2025. One tyre turned up days after said delivery date. Now 19/08/3025 and no second tyre. Car booked in for m.o.t and failed due to tyres. Had to order two more tyres from another company. Worst service I have known.

Wanted to order £1,000 worth of tyres

5 days since order and receive ab email today saying its been delayed. Just read the reveiws on this company and wish I never ordered from them. Should have stuck to camskills or tyre leader

DO NOT USE!!!

Paid for motorbike tyres no confirmation email recieved no tracking information either, only correspondence you get is estimates and then the day of its estimated arrival you recieve an email saying it was lost in transit.

Absolute joke of a company they dont answer phones and dont answer emails steer clear to avoud disappointment!

If you want to take a risk and pay for something that won't be delivered, I recommend paying via PayPal. It's easier to get your money back, never again will I try to buy from this company. I don't recommend it.

- Tyre-Fitter locations on their Map lists locations where the businesses no longer exist.
I ordered 4 tyres (in Stock according to Website) on Friday 4th April to have delivered to a confirmed existing Tyre-Fitter, which is listed on their fitting locations. 1 Hour later I received confirmation that tyres are now handed over to the Warehouse and a change of order was no longer possible.
On Wednseday 9th April they stated that a Tyre-Fitter which I had NOT selected on my order no longer exists and if they should deliver to a location 30 miles away. I replied by stating that the Tyre-Fitter on my order DOES exist and they are mentioning a Fitter which I had never requested. The same day at 23:00 I receive an automated mail, that the tyres are now with DPD.
Friday 11th April, rinse and repeat about wanting to deliver 30 miles away. I replied and repeated the same arguments.
Tuesday 15th April I enquired regarding delivery and the response was that I can expect the tyres on 22nd April. I replied by questioning the delivery address, where I so far have not heard back.
I'm posting this negative feedback BEFORE I have even received the tyres, to spare anyone the disappointment!

Ordered and paid for 4 winter tyres in mid-November. By the end of February (and many, many phone calls to the fitter, as the tracking is hopeless), still only 3 had arrived. At this point I decided to cut my losses and cancel the order. It has taken over a month of back and forth via email, as well as a gentle nudge from my credit card company, to finally get a refund.
I'm sure the tyres themselves were fine, but the delivery and customer service were so poor I'll never know. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I would have given them 0 stars. The customer service is terrible. The delivery lead times are 10 plus day not 5 working days. They delivered a wrong size tyre so I am having to wait another 10 day that's over half a month lead-time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY>

I gave one star because no way to write it with no any stars. Fake, slow, unapropriate company. Ordered 4 tires before christmas. Estimatet delivery date was 13/01/25. No tracking numbers or whatever except in Germany. Lots of live chatting to find where my tyres are. They told me there will be delay with no reason and when dpd receve the tyres i will receive tracking numbers. No such a thing has happend and they iven stop responding. I receved 2 of my tires at 15/01/25. Waiting for the other two. Avoid this company

Disappointing service and lesson learnt to read reviews about a company prior to making a purchase, as I should have done. Had I done so, I would have placed an order with an alternative supplier. I ordered 4 tyres. Only 2 tyres were initially delivered, followed by the other 2 tyres several weeks later. Sadly, in the 1st delivery, they shipped only 1 correctly ordered tyre. The other tyre was a completely different brand and size to that ordered. It has taken over 6 weeks, many issued emails, which sadly take 7 days to receive a response, to finally get the incorrectly delivered tyre to be collected. And in that time, I'm now informed that they can no longer deliver the correctly ordered tyre as they have run out of stock. So now I wait for a refund and I'm not holding out much hope of receiving the refund in a timely manner based on my experience. If you value a responsive, helpful customer service, I would avoid and look elsewhere.

It’s scam full of lie's company. Confirmed cancellation on 13th December (Friday), 15th received mail that it’s been shipped and could I refuse when it arrives, sadly nothing arrived and even having confirmation of cancellation email, still no refund received. IT’s A SCAMMERS!!!!
