Tyron Ross Photography Avis 

My husband and I paid Tyron the bones of 2 thousand euro for a wedding photography package, we were under the impression we were getting a fairytale wedding album, as Tyrons social media images portray such a beautiful standard. This was not the case exactly for us.
Prior to the wedding we had filled out a questionnaire of photos we would like to have on the day, one being a family photo, one a photo of the bride her mum and sister and one of thes brides brother who played guitar/sung her down the isle. After waiting weeks for the preview none of the photos we asked for were included. We do not have 1 photograph of ourselves and our 2 children from our wedding day. The overall experience was sub-par, little guidance when taking pictures on the day.
The preview album which is online, we feel was poorly edited. We were promised drone footage of our day and only one aerial shot (very poor quality) was included. We were married in August 2023, it is now Febuary 2026 and we still have not received our final wedding photos via usb in the post, despite so many efforts to communicate with Tyron, he does not respond. We are so so dissappointed and upset. If had known this was the standard of work and care for his clients we would never have used his services. I would not recommend.

I chose this man to do my wedding videography under the business name “the creative collective”. Was quick to respond at first, all payments were made prior to the wedding. I attempted to reach out to him on numerous occasions 2 weeks before my wedding with no response causing huge stress. He eventually got in contact with me and showed up to the wedding where he did stick to his contract. As per our contract we should have received our video within 8-10 weeks. Unfortunately this did not happen, I attempted to contact him via email for 6 months with no response. I was then blocked from sending emails to his address through the creative collective email. Eventually got in touch with one of his numerous business emails and had my videos online after 8 months of waiting, a lot of footage from the day was not included. However, I was also contracted to receive a USB with the videos as you cannot download them. This was never received and again another long spell of no response. Please don’t use this man for your wedding he has caused huge unnecessary stress. This also seems to be an ongoing problem, you can carry out research online and find several national newspaper articles.
