Outstanding 5-star service from a veterinarian who truly listens to pet owners and addresses their concerns.In a moment of distress over my pet parrot's beak injury, I called numerous vets without success. However, this vet provided excellent guidance and followed up with exceptional aftercare support, making both my parrot and me feel understood and relieved.It was a breath of fresh air to find a vet who values pets beyond monetary considerations.Thank you. I will definitely return! :)

When my recently adopted dog got sick and began breathing strangely, I had no idea what was normal and was grateful for any expert advice. The standout aspect here is the dedication. Despite her hectic personal schedule, J took the time to call me, listen to what was happening, and share her insights. Balancing her busy life while providing this support shows a rare level of commitment, and I am deeply impressed and thankful for that.

Really knew her stuff and helped us avoid more distressing treatment of full nail removal with a careful watch and wait approach when our dog had a badly cracked nail that was weeping. She came over fast, treated it and gave us options with all pros and cons. She checked up repeatedly until it was healed.

Called j in a bit of a state about my pet parrot as I rang around so many vets and no one could help with my much loved pet parrot regarding a beak cut.
She gave some great advice and followed up with great aftercare support. Which left the hole experience feeling mine and my parrots need Hurd and left me at ease

When my newly adopted dog fell ill and starting breathing erratically I had absolutely no bearing on what was right or normal and so was very appreciative of any and all informed input. What set this apart from any 'normal' vet is the commitment. J called me despite being very busy with her own life and made time to hear the situation and offer her insight, while juggling a busy home life! That's a level of dedication to the cause that's hard to find with people working a day job and for that I am in appreciative awe.

When my 4 months old puppies fell ill, I was overwhelmed and unsure what to do. That’s when I reached out for help, and thankfully, I received some of the best advice I could have hoped for, how to help them recover quickly and what needs to be done so they eat better and hydrate properly.
And also she helped me not to worry so much!
