Ubervape Avis 

Reviews here are spot on - ubervape are either great or truely awful. The awful sets in whenever there is a problem. They have no desire or ability to address it. If orders go missing, they don’t even reply to emails and are impossible to contact.
If you use them, be very clear if there’s a problem they’ll just ignore you

Disgusting customer service. I placed an order and paid for 1-2 day delivery. It's now been two and a half weeks and I've sent two emails asking for a refund and I am being ignored. Stay well clear of this company. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank just to get my money back. 0/5 stars!

I cannot fault this company. I've placed multiple orders orders and always received good service. They carry a wide range of products and in my experience provide quality products, great prices and a great service. My recent order arrived on time, well packaged all items present.

Started off really well ordered quite abit from them use to always turn up early which was great.

But lately iv had half my order and had to wait a few days for the rest which I can deal with not a problem.

But my last order only recieved half waited a week still nothing.

Iv emailed them Twice about the remainder of my order and have heard nothing.

Hopefully they will read this and get in touch about rest of my Order and will start using them again.

Edited this review as it's been another week after trying to contact them iv seen alot of other reviews on Google and here and wouldn't order anything from these.

Their quick enough to take your money and even send you emails about their products but can't email saying sorry about the mess up and send out my order.

I'd advise using vapestore had no issues and my other half had a small mess up but emailed them and they got bakc to us within an hour to let us know more

These guys are great. Wee issue with order but they were all over it straight away. Part of it was down to my eyesight regarding pods but they were so nice. Would and will buy from them again in an instant. Highly recommended!

Terrible service, Misleading website, products ordered were not products received twice in a row. These guys have to be the worst online vape company out there, avoid.

I've made an order on the 10th July giving all my details including my full address. Order was to be delivered by APC overnight delivery.

Ubervape gave the wrong address to APC and so my order was delivered to the wrong address. Went to the address that APC told me they delivered to and the person who lives there said they never received any order.

APC refuses to take responsability because the address provided by the seller was wrong and i have been trying to contact Ubervape for a week now with several emails and had no reply.

The customer service is a joke and i end up losing £50 and no order.

Avoid this website, don't waist your money.

Order not received after 1 week even though I purchased express shipping.
Customer Service is extremely slow and takes days for a response and you're not given a tracking number unless you ask for one? Strange.
Will ask for a refund as the tracking still isn't working and I'm without my order. Will definitely avoid this company from now on.

3 orders so far they messed up the order twice ie wrong coils 1st time and no batteries 2nd time but they handle the situation perfectly,
fast delivery to surrey.. very impressed and for me most importantly 5/5 customer service

I have ordered from these guys a few times now and my deliveries are always delivered very fast and packaged well.
They have a large range of products and are of good quality and very well priced.
Will definitely use them again as long as they maintain these high standards.

The goods I ordered 2 months ago have been lost. The supplier replies to the messages after several days and I have not yet received the order. I was forced to open a claim on Pay pal in order to review my money. I will certainly never buy from this seller again.

Ordered some pods for my aegis boost and expected a delivery time of 4 days, turned up in 2, very fast delivery and competitively priced. Will use again.

My girlfriend & I, continue to use Ubervape for all of our e-liquids & have done for a few years now. Love paying by Paypal & money off as a loyalty bonus. Free delivery is always within 48 hours. We will continue to use Ubervape confidently.

Ordered on the Tuesday, arrived on the Thursday, and I live in northern Scotland so very quick.
Package arrived sealed and in perfect working order.
Have to admit if I had read the reviews first I wouldn’t have used them, but they supplied an excellent product at an excellent price and excellent speed with excellent delivery info.
I will use them again.

I purchased two packs of aspire coils from them. They tasted like cardboard and glue. The scratch test come up as genuine but when I ordered coils from my trusted retailer you could tell once you opened them that the clear packet was different. Defiantly a fraud company and dangerous to be selling these. I have emailed them and they have not replied for a month. Be safe and don’t use this company.

This out fit are the cowboys of the vaping world, stay well clear of them.

I ordered 3 boxes of falcon m1 coils. The coils are fake, no scratch code to prove authenticity and no horizontec hologram on the front. The coils dont even look the same. I tried one of the counterfeit coils and they would not even fire on any of my mods.

I tried to initiate a return, sent 3 emails over the last 2 weeks not a single reply. Apparently they are busy dispatching orders. In the end I had to open up a paypal case to get my money back

In short the products they sell are counterfeit, the customer service is non existent

My advice is to stay well clear of rogue traders like these.

It may have been because of the Easter holiday weekend, but 12 days after ordering I finally received my products.
The number they supplied on both the website and Facebook is never answered.
The email I wrote asking where my order was, has never been answered.
Overall, great value for money, but seriously lacking in any kind of customer support.

Made an order in the 6th April paid for delivery for 2 days, email received to say order has been sent to me. 10 days later order not received. 3 emails sent and no reply. I am being to think I will never receive my products and I have lost my money. I completely understand the current situation but I was assured that they are running.

Usually go to the shop but had to use the online service. All was a very positive experience. Site easy to use and delivery was very fast 👍🏻
