They suck horrible and would never use them ever use ChatGPT or Gemini instead if u have an account delete it they lie scam + tell you ur lung is collapsing when u don't even have shortness of breath
Firstly, they suck. They don’t even give you the right diagnosis, claiming I have root canals when I clearly don’t. The last time I used them, they claimed my lung was collapsing on me. Nothing was wrong, and they always complain that I have cancer, a broken lung, a broken rib, or I’m going into heart failure, and none of that is true. It’s always nothing's wrong, and when I ask them to confirm if what they’re giving me is right, they refuse to do so until eventually they say no because they cannot do that. Then they claim that I’m very emotional and upset and need to contact a mental health counsellor or crisis support to get help because clearly I am very upset and angry, and they’re trying to protect my safety, which isn’t true because I’m not. Then they just say that whatever they said was only an inquiry. It wasn’t actually a diagnosis, and they can’t confirm what they said was accurate anyway because they’re not allowed to do that, and that’s not how they work, which I know, and I never asked them to do so. They horribly suck. I would not recommend using them for any service ever. If you have an issue, I would use Gemini AI or even ChatGPT over them - that’s how bad they are. Gemini at least gives you the benefit of the doubt and tells you, "OK, you should consider seeing a doctor/medical professional, or it can wait a bit, or it’s not an emergency, and you’ll be ok - no appointment necessary." This site just tells you you need to go to the emergency room because your lung will collapse soon, and by the way, my lung has never collapsed on me, and I’ve never even had shortness of breath. Sometimes they claim I have diseases for the opposite gender. How can I have a disease that only one gender gets when I’m not that gender?
