Relocating internationally can be overwhelming, but UButler made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful for me. uButler is a wonderful company! I had such a positive experience with this team. They are online and available 24/7 and not only that - I don't know how but any time you ask them something they have a right answer within a few minutes! Above all they always care about your interests and do their best to make your country transfer as smoth as possible. On your relocation program, they are very shiny light that never sets! With their help life is much easier!

I share similar experience with William Gracias as he posted in March 2024, e.g. the user experience and app are painful. I recommend reading his review. The tone, however, has at least been good in my case.
The uButler process works as long as you're on the happy path. As soon as something comes up that deviates, that's where it breaks down. We had it both on the arrival day in the Netherlands with confusion on where the service apartment was. But also with the insurance application which has been lost in some bureaucratic process for over a month.
I get that companies want to outsource onboarding/relocation, but do would you really want to outsource a new employee's first lengthy impressions to such a process?

Downgraded from two to one star. UButler service cut off night before move to another service apt.would need help but cannot reach.
This company has a lot of communication issues with clients.
They make mistakes and don't own up, they communicate with text messages in their app/emails and provide incorrect or insufficient information, the "tone" of their messages is usually not helpful as they send you from one colleague to another within their company, and are not very professional. Their app is also not well designed, making it tedious to use, instead of simply using an existing mature app like Whatsapp for texting or sticking to emails. So this "butler" service is defintely not very "butler"-like as it simply add more stress, miscommunications, missed appointments and leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth.
