Sa kabuuan, maganda naman ang serbisyo at madalas ko itong ginagamit. Karaniwan ay maayos ang lahat.

Noong huli akong umorder ng waffle maker, sobrang tagal ng delivery. Sinubukan kong makipag-ugnayan sa customer support, pero mabagal din silang sumagot at wala silang naitulong sa akin. Dumating naman ang order sa huli, pero lampas na ito sa inaasahan kong normal na oras ng paghihintay.

May mga pagkakataon din na nagkakaroon ako ng problema sa pagkansela ng order. Umorder ako at nagbayad na, pero pagkatapos ng ilang oras ay bigla na lang nakansela ang order at hindi malinaw kung bakit.

I purchased an iniu wireless charger using the Ubuy app. I could track the shipment at all times via the app. Also, I found the customer support quite polite and well-resourced during conversations.

I was worried at first when I read the reviews for Ubuy. I though I had lost a fair amount of money.

I am happy to say that the item did arrive and tracking via DHL was up to date.

In my case, it wasn’t a scam.

4 star for handling my order cancelation and refund well enough. Although its not perfect and quick, a day after I place my order it took another 12 days from the day I canceled my order to get a refund. I kept on following up on the live chat regarding my issue, and they always reply.

this is the company where you buy your stuff that wont arrive. one customer rep will just say its on its way, the 2nd will tell it has not arrived yet in there warehouse, the date keeps on moving and moving.. a complete SCAM.

They are a pretend e-commerce website to lure you guys and save your credit card / card details in their websites system. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ACTUAL PHILIPPINE OFFICE NOR AN ACTUAL STORE! The address in their website is an ADDRESS FOR A CO-WORKING SPACE LOCATED IN ALABANG. The PHONE NUMBER DISPLAYED is also from that COWORKING SPACE. Which according to the coworking space, is an ADDRESS Ubuy Philippines USE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES. SHOULD THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS CHECK THEIR LOCAL ADDRESS FOR PARCELS. But if you are to go to the address posted in thei website, IT IS A CO-WORKING SPACE! BE WARNED! I will be posting this experience on REDDIT and all review websites so that they can no longer victimized other people!

UBUY IS MADE UP OF A BUNCH OF LIARS. CLAIMING THAT THEY ARE THE LEADING E-COMMERCE STORE IN THE PHILIPPINES AND IN ALMOST ALL THE COUNTRIES THEY CLAIM TO OPERATE AT! From another reddit post, I found out that they just buy items from amazon and have it shipped to them before shipping it to the buyer, hence the LONGER waiting time. Another post also stated that they basically just copy photos, products, reviews of sellers from AMAZON without their consent and knowledge and then UBUY adds a mark up on them. THEY DO NOT HAVE PHYSICAL STORES. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE IN THE PHILIPPINES! OPPOSED TO WHAT THEY HAVE POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE! THE ADDRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE IS A CO-WORKING SPACE LOCATED IN ALABANG! THEY PHONE NUMBER TOO IS ALSO FROM THE CO-WORKING SPACE. TERRIBLE, FRUSTRATING, EXPERIENCE!!! I am here to spread the information and encourage online buyers to please please DO DUE DILIGENCE when ordering online. As I have lacked to do so.

I ordered Similac Pro Advance in a pack of 3. You know how expensive baby formula is. Seals were all broken, there's hole in one formula container and you just patched it up with a tape!!!! The milk hardened and changed to grayish color, smells awful and tatste bad! I'm very furious! Your charge is really expensive yet you products are defective. How could I even give this to my daughter? The quality of your product is garbage. Very disappointed!!! 😔😔😔

I wish I could of put no stars!!! Just the ordering process from the start should of been a warning to me about this company. The slacks in the picture looked very high quality but their like wearing a gunny sack. The shirts were also very poor quality. I would never ever use this company again even if fthey have their merchandise away for FREE.

Bad quality products, bad delivery times, bad customer service (that is, NONE) My item was delivered late and faulty. Same day I sent text messages and emails without them replying. NO REPLY which makes me think they aren't incompetent or rude but instead SCAMMERS. Don't buy from UBUY!! Check our many review sites and you'll read many negative reviews about these scammers.

This is a totally useless company! They don't answer email and both my two order was canceled due to, me not confirming my paypal payment which I did more than 25 times from different emails and to all their available addresses but still nothing. I even sent them 4 times mail to please verify that they received my payment confirmation. Again NOTHING!
Stay away! Its faster to travel to the US and buy your products and less hassle.
Fist order was 71000 peso and I hade to wait over 3 weeks for my refund. And its even more funny that they cancel because they don't receive payment confirmation but still refund you... Amazing!

I make an order of Wireless Earbuds from this website, they cancel my order within 24 hours without giving any reason. Customer service gives the reply "They never disclosed the reason".

Although they proceeding the refund process and I've lost a few hundred pesos from Paypal charges.

Never buy something from them.
