Great service efficient and friendly and the deal

A great service over many years. Easy to renew our contracts as UCR track for us ans call us when renewal is due. Takes all the hassle out of the process and gets us good deals. We have been satisfied customers for many years with UCR.

My account manager Kabeer was very helpful in finding two energy providers (gas and electricity), for the best price that the company I work for needed to pay.
He rang and emailed me to give the information I needed in a timely manner.

Would never use this company again. Misleading and liers. Signed me up to a very high tariff and told me I was getting the best deal. Ive been fighting a battle now since may. Ucr consultants as done nothing to help me. Ive had to take it up by myself with the company they set me up with. Its been very stressful so please dont use ucr consultants youll get scammed
