Far Below International Customer Service Standards

UFone’s customer service in Pakistan is painfully poor and nowhere near international standards. I contacted them to temporarily block my SIM, but agents disconnect within seconds after asking “Are you there?”, as if customers are machines expected to respond instantly.
Even when you reply immediately, the chat is disconnected without any resolution. No professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for customers’ time.
As an overseas Pakistani, the contrast with telecom services abroad is embarrassing. This level of service would not be tolerated internationally. Completely unacceptable.

WORST INTERNET & NETWORK SPEED EVER

I am using ufone since 2 years i live in karachi and its PATHETIC network
USELESS internet it never works like can u imagine getting 2G in 2025
its absolutely worst ever just burn your company
theyre internet never works properly always slow speed

The internet speed sucks

The internet sucks. I switched from zong to ufone because internet speed was good but lately internet speed is almost zero to none during 9pm to 11pm. M area is kot Najibullah Haripur.

Pathetic network
I’ve been facing this issue of not being able to call on telenor numbers. Whenever i make a call to any other network it says you don’t have sufficient balance even having supercard loaded.

Poor internet speed and call quality in Islamabad

Dear Ufone Support Team,

I have been a Ufone customer since 2009, and unfortunately, I have yet to see any noticeable improvement in the quality of service or customer support over the years. Despite regular recharges and active usage, I often find my balance and resources going to waste due to poor service delivery.

Most recently, I subscribed to a monthly internet plan, but even after a week, I have been unable to utilize the package due to extremely poor internet connectivity. The call quality is also consistently subpar.

I reside in Jinnah Garden, Islamabad — a central location — and if the service here is this unreliable, I can only imagine the situation in more remote areas. It’s disappointing that such fundamental issues persist in a major city.

Adding to the frustration, I have attempted to reach out to your support team via the Ufone app, but have not received any response. This lack of accountability and responsiveness is unacceptable.

I hope this message reaches the concerned department and prompts immediate action to address both the service quality and the support response issues

Worst service

Worst service, un professional attitude.

The irony of the system is that it allows loading balance and package, even on a blocked number, and when u contact customer services, they cannot do anything. Means u have thrown your money into a dark hole.
Customer services says, this is how it is, and that makes no sense.
This is so unfortunate to experience such things when you return to Pakistan.

A Complete Disappointment

Frustrating and pathetic service. Recharge attempts are often delayed intentionally, causing active Super Cards to expire prematurely, leading to unnecessary extra charges and loss of data. Deducting over Rs. 130 in taxes and hidden charges on a Rs. 1000 recharge is completely unreasonable. On top of that, the internet is slow, unstable, and barely usable most of the time. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.
Having been a customer since 2018, I’m switching to Mobilink.

Cheap but worst internet service.

Cheap but worst internet service.
They are offering 100 GB internet in just Rs 1700 where other companies like jazz are offering 25 GB internet in Rs 1700.
After subscribing ufone internet package you will get 100 GB, 200 GB internet But you can only use 5 GB because of the poor speed and service.
Ufone internet service is like pakistan electricity load shedding. You can use internet only 2 hours in a day 💩

Honest af feedback from a 7 year long customer

This review is from a customer who has been using their services ever simce 2017 uptil now. Pathetica app. Fuc**d up service. Complaints not catered. Data doesn’t work in most areas. Don’t operate a telecom business when you can not. And how come my supercard expires 2 days before the 30 day period each month? Are you guys scamming your paying customers hoarding money? I am done. I am going to switch to a network that actually fuc*ing works! Great now feedback won’t go through either, you guys should probably offer your services in rural areas or gaon dehat.

Ufone (Onic) Looters! Be Aware!

I have spent Rs.990 for their new sim launched by the name of ONIC. They charged me but due to non verification of my thumbs.The sim couldn't be alloted to me. Even after complaining several times.They have not refunded my amount.

Why in Azad Kashmir u fone block services i am calling from Dubai i can listen to anyone back we have no internet facility we make an expensive call package then also we can't connect sometime i am thinking why we born in Pakistan for what ...?
