Been using this place since february and this was the first time i needed support properly. A £210 cashout stuck on pending over a bank holiday weekend. Scott on live chat pulled the record up, explained that the manual review team dont work the monday and gave me a tuesday morning slot for the decision. Tuesday at 10:40 the email came, approved, and the money was on the Revolut card by half eleven. No repeat of the KYC either.
