I’m very happy with my purchase from 3W. I ordered the 3W 10-piece custom floor mats and the 3W car door sill protectors for my Model Y Juniper (2025–2026), and both exceeded my expectations.

The floor mats fit perfectly with no trimming needed. The material feels thick, durable, and premium, with raised edges that do a great job of trapping dirt, water, and debris. They don’t slide around at all and look like they came straight from the factory.

I ordered the full set of mats a few weeks ago for my new Tesla model Y juniper. I wanted them as much to line the boot for the dogs and like the look of the rear seat covers. Anyway they came promptly and fit great - as other reviewers have said zero smell and easy to fit. However I have seen the additional carpets for other cars so emailed 3W asking if they could be bought separately - they confirmed that they weren’t available until the end of September so if I ordered they would allow me to buy separately later.
Long story short I messaged Min over the weekend and she was great arranging for delivery and charging a really modest price for the ‘upgrade’. Much as I like the rubber mats I love the black carpets great quality and they come with a secondary fitting kit. The rubber bits give the interior great floor protection and the carpets bring a plush quality feel. Overall the quality of the products is superb and I think great value for money. What has made the experience so enjoyable though is Min - she has taken personal care to get the items without any red tape, and has been incredibly responsive whenever I’ve had a

Love this product! The material is thick and has no smell at all. Fits perfectly, the carpet mat traps dust and small stones really well, and in winter I just use the rubber mat on its own — totally waterproof. Highly recommend!

I pre-ordered the full set of floor mats for my new Model Y Juniper back in July. Unfortunately, UPS ran into some issues shipping them from the UK to Finland, which delayed things quite a bit. During that time, the customer service team kept in touch and did their best to sort things out with the delivery company, even arranging extra delivery attempts. Honestly, I was close to giving up, but in September the mats finally arrived.

And I have to say—they were worth the wait. The quality is excellent, the fit is about 95%, and there’s absolutely no odor. A nice surprise was the two white tea–scented sachets included as gifts, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase and wouldn’t mind seeing more little extras like that in the future. :)

I’ve ordered loads of cheap car mats over the years and as we all know “ buy cheap, buy twice”
But this time I thought I’d pay a bit more and hoped for a better quality. 3W liners did not let me down. I don’t normally write reviews, but in this instance I have to let both the company and prospective customers that these mats are of a premium quality and fit. I am delighted and will definitely refer this company to my friends.

I received my mats & bootliner set last week with the carpet inserts. I had a little quirk/query which was incredibly promptly dealt with, by one of most friendliest individuals you couldv liaise with.
All sorted within a couple of days.
Back to the mats, they truly are amazing. They fit well & with the option to have the carpet inserts really tops them off. They are well made & definitely sturdy & tough enough to withstand years of use.
Very happy to have waited till something like this came along!

Ordered mats for a BMW X1 2025 xdrive25e PHEV.
The mats arrived promptly and well packaged.
Unfortunately the delivered mats were for the petrol/diesel version of this car which has a different profile in the footwells and higher transmission tunnel in the rear.
Contacted 3wliners and explained the issue and their response was superb. (On the website the mats identified for the full electric IX1 are the correct mats for the 25e/30e hybrid cars) 3wliners agreed to send the IX1 mats which again arrived within a few days. The mats are a perfect fit for the car, feel substantial and have no rubber smell that you find with other mats. Had the mats in the car for a week and can’t be happier.
Certainly recommend these mats just check your fitting especially if you have a hybrid car.
