BON'A PARTE Avis 

I originally bought this t shirt in a large size as I am normally a 16. When I received it I found it to be massive. I reordered a medium size and this is just right. The decoration on it makes it a step up from a normal t shirt.

I am very impressed with the quality, style and prices of your clothes. You always seem to have a good range of colour and style and the seasons and years blend on.
My only issue is with the postage. You use Yodel for my area and this needs a signature - which is awkward if I am out and the delivery man cannot leave the package in my completely safe porch in my very isolated house! It would be much better for me if you used Royal Mall.

I love ordering clothes from Bon'A Parte .... always something a little different and at a price that is affordable. It's all in the detail and Bon'A Parte have it in abundance. Delivery is always speedy and if you need to return anything the process is painless. Thanks for a wonderful service. Keep up the good work! : )

My new lightweight pink nightie is very comfortable to sleep in and very reasonably priced.

Fashionable yet functional. The designs and fabrics are perfect for my life style. My Bonaparte dresses are the best ever combining easy care with flattering shapes and styles. They are also wonderful for travelling as they require minimum, if any, ironing. I'm not a young mum anymore but I'd certainly recommend Bonaparte to busy Mums as well as to retired people like myself who like to look smart and fashionable without looking 'frumpy'. I still haven't got my parcel. It was delivered to a neighbour, who I haven't specified as a person to use in this context. I would much rather the delivery was rearranged so I could be here. I have been up to my neighbour several times and haven't had a reply. I di want one of these items quite urgently. This has happened before and it isn't satisfactory

I was trying to place an order and was having difficulties with my browser. I phoned the customer services line and spoke to a really nice lady who made a couple of suggestions and said she would pass on my issue to the technical team who would ring me first thing in the morning. After I rang off I tried one of her suggestions and successfully completed my order.

The following morning there was no call from the technical team first thing but I later received a voicemail with some rather obvious advice about how to place on order online (I'd explained previously what I was and wasn't able to do so either the nice lady hadn't passed on the information or the second operator hadn't understood the query).

Anyway, overall I was really pleased with my purchase but somewhat disappointed with the rather scatty customer service!

I ordered a small and dainty necklace for a friend from your catalogue and when it arrived in came in an enormous box at a silly delivery cost.
I thought it looked cheap and sent it back in a standard DL envelope which was plenty big enough.
It was a total waste of money and packaging materials and it should have never been sent in such a big box. Totally ridiculous

I have sent back my last order but have not had any feedback that it has been received ...so still waiting for my refund.

Bonaparte have a good range of quality clothes but unfortunately don't give you any information about delivery times, which turn out to be slower than the competition.

I really liked my experience ordering online from Bon'a parte. The website was easy to negotiate around they kept me informed of delivery and when the goods arrived I was delighted. True to size colour and top quality material used. I will return!

The clothing sold by Bon a parte is of very good quality and coming from Norway, I appreciate being able to buy Nordic clothing here in the UK. I have never had any delivery issues or problems returning clothing if they didn't fit. I only wish the delivery time would be quicker. When ordering, delivery usually takes up to 10 working days and I wish there would be different delivery options available for those occasions when you want to get your order delivered quickly.

I ordered one dress and it has been a disaster! The first time I ordered the dress in Medium. Eventually the dress arrived and it was far too big, so sent it back asking for an exchange to Small. I had notification that a Credit had raised for the returned garment but no mention of sending out the Small size. Nothing happened for a couple of weeks, so I assumed it was up to me to re-order, which I did. First of all, the dress was then delivered in the Small size and then another one! Unfortunately both dresses had to be returned as the armholes still did not t fit well.
At the moment I have not received any notification of further Credits. BonAParte do not seem very efficient and don't keep the customer fully informed of what's going on, so I shall be very reluctant to order further items as it is such a hassle and a worry whilst I wait for further Credit notifications.

A great mail order company that offer great service and exceptional quality clothes.

Was looking for a birthday present which would be different and a bit special. Although the prices would suggest they are different from the high street, their clothes really aren't. Disappointing. Only bought something because it was reduced in price.
