You must start using the device within 1 x calendar week of receiving your eXciteOSA. For optimal results, you should use it every day for 6 weeks. However, we know that we are all only human and people forget things – so we ask that you use it for a total of 6 weeks (a total of 42 days) within an 8 week period (56 days). This device was referred by my Doctor. I called and was given a brief introduction to the device. I proceeded to purchase one. The problem is I went through Medicare B/C of the cost of 1350 at the time. They didn't tell you that you would need to purchase every 3 months a new mouth piece to the tune of 150.00 for a grand total of 600 additional dollars per year. I am not sure that after doing the protocol that it even helped. And to boot. Instead of one lump charge they are submitting monthly rental charges to Medicare I couldn't in good conscience recommend this device

Do not buy it!

Do not buy it!
Impossible to get a replacement mouthpiece, my very expensive device is sitting in the drawer.
There is always something, problem with the supplier, shipping delay…
Doesn’t matter if it works or not, you can’t use your device until you have the replacement device.
So disappointing to see how many people fall into this scam, as people who they snore, they are desperate so their partner/family members. And to make business out of this…

I was looking for a way to stop snoring…

I was looking for a way to stop snoring and manage mild sleep apnea without bulky devices. eXciteOSA was the perfect solution. After a few weeks, I’m breathing better and no longer wake up many times a night. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Leaving review because my husbands snoring is gone and want to say Thank You!

My husband’s snoring used to keep me awake every night. For some time I moved to the couch after laying in bed fuming angry listening to his annoying snoring for hours. Our kids found exciteosa online during a family holiday when they got a taste of his snoring shaking the walls of the cabana. He previously had a sleep test and his doctor said he had mild level of apnea but didn’t offer him treatment, rather told him to lose weight instead. We’re looking forward to our next peaceful family holiday because after 4-5 weeks of him using this device his snoring improved but if he stays consistent using it almost everyday—no more snoring! We’re both finally sleeping through the night. It's an amazing treatment for snoring and has completely changed our lives. I’m here to leave a review to say thank you and let people know there is a solution out there— thank god!

Excite osa works for me

The wife and doc are happy. Snoring improved by week 5 by week 7 I realized I could tell I wasnt waking myself up anymore. The good doc wasnt going to put me on this device because it’s not officially approved for the sleep apnea I have 27 apneas. He wanted me to do a couple sleep tests after I was done using it for 8 weeks—my apnea was a 3 the first night and a 5 the second night. I guess thats the proof it’s working. I’m sticking with it.

Sleeping better

I woke up feeling like garbage every morning. Tried Exciteosa first because CPAP seemed like overkill and glad I did. I still have some crap nights – but it’s definitely made a difference and it could be unrelated but my chronic back pain and headaches aren’t as consistent. I’m getting a new mouthpiece in a few day and will see if I continue to improve.

Worth Every Penny: My ExciteOSA experience

It's honestly such a relief to finally feel like I'm getting a full night's sleep! For ages, I've struggled with sleep apnea, the kind where I'd actually wake myself up with my own snoring – not exactly the most peaceful way to spend the night. Mornings were always a drag, filled with that foggy, low-energy feeling and the occasional headache.

Then, about four months ago, I decided to give ExciteOSA a try, and honestly, the difference has been night and day (pun intended!). I'm consistently waking up feeling genuinely rested and with a level of energy I haven't experienced in years. What's even better is that I'm actually sleeping through the entire night without those disruptive awakenings.

I am 81% through my 6 week therapy

I am 81% through my 6 week therapy. Results have been extremely noticeable. Sleeping better and my wife is telling me I stopped snoring. Happy wife. Happy life!

Will check back in once I complete the full 6 weeks.

HAD terrible snoring problems

I recently saw my doctor because of my awful snoring and got this device! My wife says it's awesome and I definitely have more energy from sleeping way better! 8 weeks in and I'm super happy I don't have to wear my snore guard any more!!!

Good experience

Both my snoring and AHI reduced after the first phase. (~6 weeks). Glad there's a device that goes after the root problem!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. No customer service. I have been waiting over half a year for a replacement of a broken, defective device. I have waited many months to receive a replacement mouthpiece ordered online. The representatives are unresponsive via email and unreachable via phone. They continue to have a supply shortage of replacement parts since April 2024 per an Excite OSA representative in 2024.

Sleep better now!

I honestly didn’t think anything could help my snoring, I’ve literally everything. I tried mouthpieces, nasal strips, different pillows, you name it. My wife was constantly nudging me awake and I’d wake up feeling like crap from no sleep. I wasn’t even sure I had sleep apnea because I wasn’t diagnosed but I knew something wasn’t right.

Then a buddy of mine mentioned eXciteOSA and it changed everything. Greatest part is that  I don’t have to wear anything while I sleep just during the day for like 20 min. Within the first few weeks of using it, my wife and I noticed a huge difference. My snoring went way down, I started sleeping through the night without waking up exhausted, and I actually had energy during the day. I never realized how much bad sleep was affecting me until I finally started getting some good sleep. Don’t think about it, just get it and you’ll thank me later.

Device is working!

I am about 3/4 through on first round of 42 sessions. It's been very positive in terms of the restful sleep I am getting, and feeling much more refreshed when wakening up. It required a bit of time to ratchet up with the intensity level but now I am operating at 13/15; and it's very tolerable to me. My wife's using one too, and her snoring is almost inaudible! Love the device!

My only option was CPAP...

My only option was CPAP...
I was diagnosed with mild OSA and couldn't believe that I needed CPAP. I am young so didn't want to have to use that forever and am really glad I found this product. It has really helped me and I feel a lot more rested (even with two children!). I have reached to customer support with two questions and they have been helpful and responsive.

Product Works... But app has issues.

I've been using mouthpiece for a while now and it does work, although you have to use it every day for the initial 90 days and then regularly afterwards. The app itself has consistently had bugs (crashes, doesn't load, etc.) and issues and every time it gets fixed, a new one comes along shortly after, which is quite frustrating. There have been some supply issues lately too, but I'm assured they'll be resolved. Let's hope so.

No support. No contact. No delivery of items.

Nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone. Even my doctor's office can't reach anyone on their team for support after repeated attempts. It's been like this for almost a year and I'm just fed up with the lack of support from them to get replacement mouthpieces and a new device to replace my broken one.

Won't honor money-back guarantee. Scam.

Won't honor money-back guarantee. I received my eXciteOSA device in early June and commenced my therapy as directed. The device came with a money-back guarantee if the therapy did not improve my OSA. My follow-up sleep study showed no improvement, thus I reached out to Signifier in Sept to return my device and receive refund. Signifier never answers their phone nor returns any voicemail. Weeks to get any email response. Signifier finally provided me with a mailing label to return in Dec and I received the package back "rejected, return to sender." As far as I'm concerned, at this point, Signifier is running a scam.
