Incorrect colors and tricky returns
Colors are incorrect. Ordered white, the clothes is cream. Also annoying that you have to pay for returns and no option to return in store.

Beautiful clothes, good quality and packaging. However, received the wrong outfit once and when I emailed to inform, I was not sent an apology via email nor a small compensation but was given a refund as normal.

One of my outfits had a tear in the fabric and I contacted customer services and they did not reply.
Hi, thank you for replying to this review, I did not receive an email so maybe it went into spam. I will email again and hopefully we can resolve this time as I have not had an issue before.
Just wanted to update this review. The emails were indeed going into spam. I have had contact from Kamran in customer services and would like to thank him for being extremely professional and responsive throughout, and resolving the issue to my satisfaction.

I don’t recommend buying perfume from J. Their exchange and return policy is very disappointing. If you accidentally buy the wrong item, they won’t exchange or replace it, even if the product is unopened. I expected better customer service from such a big brand. Definitely think twice before purchasing perfume from J.
