I usually visit your shop in Southall, but this was my first time ordering online. Unfortunately, the size and color of the item I received were completely different from what I had ordered. This has been disappointing, and as a result, I will not be ordering online again.

The image was confusing. There were 2 different pictures on the item I ordered and it looked different to what I assumed I got when it arrived.
