Great service, lovely sofa
Great service before I decided to purchase this comfy sofa / sofa bed. All my queries were answered kindly and this gave me the confidence to buy without having seen or sat on a koala sofa before. The sofa is so comfortable! (I’ve not yet tried it out as a bed, but I know it’s going to be lovely)

Well worth the investment
- Build process - Instructions were super clear and for the British market where most people moving around may not have tools yet, or need to move places often it makes it very easy to assemble and diss-assemble.
- Product review - Very good middle ground of firm and soft especially maintaining a more firm side to the mattress and the cushioning for when it's in sofa mode. The colour matched the website and fit our space really well and the material of the covers is very nice to the touch despite its weaved "strong" look you could say.
Overall really worth the extra spend instead of alternatives I saw on wayfair, dusk or other sites with the build quality and comfort these koala sofa's provide and will be something that moves around the UK with us

Incredible sofa bed!
Fantastic sofa bed, exact to the colour on the website, it arrived quickly in a few boxes, it was easy to build!! Easy to chuck the cushion covers in the wash so easily, great wipeable/washable fabric. I highly recommend.

My new sofa bed looks and feels great
My new sofa bed looks and feels great. The colour is beautiful. It is comfortable as a sofa and, although we haven't slept on it yet, we've been lying down on it all evening, arguing about who gets to sleep on it first as it feels so good! Nick was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly.

Really amazing sofa
The sofa was really easy to put together and I liked that I don’t need any additional tools. Turns in to a bed super quickly and can be done by one person. Also 10/10 for comfiness!!

Koala have been a dream to order with…
Koala have been a dream to order with and their sofa bed is the best thing about our living room. The communication from start to finish has been 10/10 and I can't rate highly enough the quality of the sofa bed. Now excuse me while I go and lay on the comfiest seat in the house!

Absolutely love! Highly recommend
We would highly recommend this brand and product! All the instructions were incredibly easy to follow with the video tutorial. Communication from the staff was very prompt and informative, and not to mention the sofa bed is the comfiest I have ever sat on both as a sofa and sofa bed! Would recommend this to anyone in the market to purchase a sofa bed.
Delivery service was well communicated and boxes were carried to our desired room.

2.5 sofa bed
2.5 sofa bed, easy order process and delivered quickly.
There appeared to be an issue as unable to fit the cover. Contacted customer care who were amazing. Nick organised a Tech guy to fit the cover the next day. He failed too. However, two days later a duplicate cover was delivered, the Tech guy returned and all was well. Very happy with purchase. The customer service and regular contact from Nick was above and beyond expectation. I would definitely recommend sofa bed which is comfy and the customer service which was first class.

The company was extremely good at communicating delivery times and giving a slot for delivery. Delivery people were great, friendly and very accomodating. The sofa bed is fantastic, both as sofa and as bed. Very comfortable and good looking. what makes the bed function really great is that instead of having a thin mattress resting on a metal frame, the whole think unfolds diectly unto the floor so it's a very comfortable thick mattress. thoroughly recommend this company.
