AA is the best

I’ve had an excellent experience working with AA Warranties. Their service has genuinely helped reduce the pressure on our dealership when it comes to unexpected repair costs, especially those that fall under Consumer Rights obligations. Knowing that we have that level of protection in place gives both us and our customers real peace of mind.
A special mention goes to our account manager, Martin Shipp. He has been incredibly supportive, always making himself available and regularly visiting to check in and see if we need any assistance. His proactive approach and willingness to help have made a big difference to our day-to-day operations.

Reliable Warranty Partner – Excellent Support from Martin Shipp

I’ve had a great experience working with Opteven, especially through Martin Shipp.

As a motor trader, having a reliable warranty partner is extremely important, and Opteven have been consistently professional, responsive and easy to deal with. The setup process was straightforward, communication is always clear, and any queries are handled quickly and efficiently.

Martin Shipp in particular has been very helpful and supportive, always available when needed and making sure everything runs smoothly from our side.

Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Opteven to other dealers looking for a dependable warranty provider.

what can i say ?

what can i say ? We are a main dealer and use Opteven for our non franchise warranty , faultless and smooth , easy to use dealer portal and the aftercare is second to none , Martin Shipp always on hand with any questions we need answering and calls in every few weeks to catch up. what more can i ask for ? if its a used car warranty you need then look no further Martin and Opteven are the people you need ! New car

We were helped by both Brett and Darren. both gentlemen were knowledgeable in the vehicle we were considering buying. They explained everything that the vehicle had on, they explained the process for the purchase of the vehicle. They were super helpful when I became the technophobe :). A time and date was arranged to pick up the vehicle and it was ready on time. They were even able to source a parcel shelf for us. Oh and most importantly, they both make a great cup of coffee. Thank you in helping us get our new car on the road. Will definitely be going back to this dealership when we are ready to change our car in the future.

I use opteven as our warranty provider…

I use opteven as our warranty provider and would recommend them for their prompt response and professional service. Simon, the area manager, has been very helpful. keep up the good work.

Brought a car five weeks for £6.500…

Brought a car five weeks for £6.500 with a Opteven warranty As I was driving i had a knocking on the front wheel. I took to a recommended garage Halfords who said the spring and mount was damaged. They quoted £600 what a rip off ive waited for a full week for it to be assessed and if it was covered by the warranty.
I was told by Opteven the spring was covered but not the Mount and it would cost me £240 after Halfords quoted for the Mount.
The Warranty is not worth the paper written . Halfords are just has bad.
How can you have a warranty covering one part but not the other ie Mount shocking as both are joined

SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Optiven. After purchasing a used Polestar 2, I bought a warranty from Optiven for over £1,000, thinking it would protect me in any eventuality. When an airbag fault appeared—no accident, just a mechanical failure—I was told to pay £300 for a Polestar diagnosis. After this, I was informed that the repair—over £1,200—would not be covered by the warranty, despite it being a fault of the car, not from misuse. To make matters worse, I will not even be refunded the £300 diagnostic fee. Now I’m left with a car I can’t drive and a massive bill I can’t afford. I feel completely misled, and I warn anyone considering Optiven to avoid them. They have failed in every aspect of customer care and integrity.

Disgraceful warranty company .I had a turbo go in my car .on checking warranty it stated it was covered ,but after two weeks of calls an messing about they said it's not covered . Would not even give them a single star if I could .no help whatsoever.

Stephanie Maher was a great help.

I dealt with Stephanie Maher in relation to a scheduled payment. I cannot fault the service she gave me from beginning to end, I had a problem emailing some documents which she helped with, she kept me informed throughout the process helping in any way she could including responding to my emails into early evening. Definitely an asset to the company in my opinion.

Opteven has been fantastic since we've been using them over the past 12 months, our accounts manager Steph has been amazing with the help and support she has given us since joining. I couldn't imagine using a different warranty company.

It took over a month to get any…

It took over a month to get any information about my motorcycle warranty,
After a few calls, email and even going into big Moto asking about if my warranty stood and what numbers could I contact if I needed it which they could not give me,
so I could not have claimed In that time, so my 12 month warranty was really 11,
I have emailed them about this... Guess what... I've heard nothing back
