Ordered new brush heads, as always quick and easy to do online from start to finish. Great service and good product at a great price, even had free delivery! I have had my spotlight oral care toothbrush now for a couple of years and I love it! Would definitely recommend this company.

Great quality premium feel sonic pro toothbrush, my teeth feel much cleaner since I started to use Spotlight sonic pro, haven't tried the complimentary toothpaste that was included in the deal yet. Service and delivery very swift. A thoroughly first class experience.

Replacement heads I ordered do not fit my toothbrush I have contacted the company via e mail What’s app and telephoned numerous times and still no response but still getting e mails from them. I certainly will not be purchasing anything else until someone gets back to me I am beginning to think that the company has gone out of business

Not recommended
The follow-up and marketing emails are now verging on harassment. This was just the purchase of a cheap toothbrush - which is just not that important - and yet my inbox is swamped daily by Spotlight. This is despite me opting-out at the outset, unsubscribing at every opportunity and also making direct contact to request no more emails. I cannot recommend them.

The best toothbrush I’ve ever had
The best toothbrush I’ve ever had. I’ve really struggled with receding gums. Sensitive teeth that are stained, it’s not a good look. This was recommended to me by a friend. It’s wonderful my teeth and mouth feel clean and the whitening toothpaste really works. My teeth and gums feel so much better.
I’ve had the best customer service experience too, I will be a regular customer. Thank you so much I 100% recommend it’s a beautifully designed product that really works. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great company with an easy to use website and many excellent offers.
All the products do what they say on the label. It is so important to look after what teeth we have, especially if we grew up in the 1950's with 'extension for prevention!'

Good toothbrush, but horrible email marketing
This is not a review of the toothbrush which I have only owned for 48 hours, but a complaint about the incessant emailing marketing from spotlight. Despite checking the box that asked me if I wanted to opt out of email marketing, despite unsubscribing to every email I received, I'm still getting emails every other day including the email asking me to review spotlight on trustpilot. Ironic, no?
