I purchased a Sim Racing Rig through a diffrent company and recived a faulty light on the unit. Emailed the company and got told to contact ThermalTake Directly which i did. Thinking i was going to be waiting a while for the reply I Recieved prompt replys consistantly. I was offered 2 diffrent options to go about fixing the issues with complementary compenants.
Adam F is ace at Customer service very prompt and helpful.
I would also recommend the Product GR500 to anyone wanting a Sim Cockpit.
