Being a business owner, it’s always been tricky to balance my busy schedule with a training routine, 14h work days and late nights.

My PT Michele understands the perfect way to push me when training, and not only. He made me comfortable in being open and honest about roadblocks and helped me understand and break down the walls that I would typically hit and that potentially would have me give up.

The type of support I have been receiving from him goes above and beyond - he should get a raise!

I’m now the strongest I’ve ever been and I’m looking forward to keep going and getting better and better. I look forward to training days.

Unexpectedly slow shipping, hard to find when order will ship. Site also seems to suggest many more products than actually are available for purchase (ie will say 6 results but only show 1)

The whole team at UP High Street Kensington is outstanding. They create a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in what could be an intimidating environment for some. I am training with Aoife and I'm so thankful for her knowledge and ability to push and guide me through each step of the process, especially when I'm panicking about results..... plus she's a delight to spend time with each week. I have also been able to do a session with Libby and Dan (the man with the plan) and they are pretty fab too. Can't recommend this team enough.

Beware! There is a good chance this place may exceed your expectations! I have been training with Vas since September; fat, measurements, and body weight is down massively, so much so that we have revised our targets.

UP is so much more though, my confidence and mindset have changed, my lifestyle has changed but I still get to play hard (npw and again). Every session is challenging but fun. I never feel alone and I don't feel like my trainer is just going through the motions, he is consistently there for me and has taken the time to understand what motivates me and what sabotages me.

The vibe is great in the gym, supportive without people throwing weights around or being macho.

If you have been considering joining UP I urge you to do it without delay, you may find it life changing.

Online order basket calculator needs updating for bundle purchases.

Found when ordering more than one bundle offer, the calculator was reverting prices back to the normal individual price for items.

Had to place separate orders to get the bundle prices or I would have been over charged.

Further to this, a special offer code that had been emailed to me was not accepted. I did not see any obvious disclaimers on the website or in the email stating the offer could not be used against bundle prices.

I emailed UP and they did not reply.

Items delayed delivery but presumably due to Royal Mail industrial action and beyond the control of UP.

Good product, items arrived as ordered and very well packaged, just double check the price before proceeding to payment.
