What I like most is that the courier picks up a parcel from my house and the addressee gets it at his threshold. Everything is well organised.The staff is helpful and professional.

I have just sent a parcel through Ukay…
I have just sent a parcel through Ukay Express. I had a nice experience. The assistant was human and could help me efficiently with all my questions, it was easy to contact the service. The site is easy to understand and it was easy for me to register my parcel. I ordered a pick up of my parcel from my home which was done on the selected day. I was sent a detailed email with all important information concerning the parcel and most important information was highlighted and repeated a few times. Now my parcel is on the way and I have an invoice with a tracking number and the address of the site where I can track it. I am happy with the service.
