Fantastic advice given

This was a 70th birthday gift for my Mum. She loves it. Arrived very quickly and was exactly as described.

I give it two star for being competitively priced BUT you will have a price to pay for the effort you actually have to go to in order to get the item and the length of time it takes, very poor service, I would say it is a back room business, just a mobile number, you will be lucky if it is straight forward.

Update: Since the above the owner, Divyesh, keeps harassing me, in a week he has tried to contact me 20 times, including ringing on Saturday evening at about 9:00pm, even tried to get my review removed.

Good communication with the seller. There was an issue with the first order and the seller informed us about it. We ended up getting an Enya EUT - M6 Tenor Uke and it's beautiful.😍

Brilliant service from Divyesh - helpful every step of the way during the purchase of my first uke, with prompt delivery the following day. Very pleased with my purchase of the Snail SUT - M2 which is a quality, sweet sounding instrument for a very reasonable price, and I think I'm going to have loads of fun becoming acquainted with it !

I ordered a cheap ukulele to try out,(I play classical guitar normally)..instead of just posting it off like any other mail order company I had a phone call from Divyesh. He provided advice and suggestions regarding my current purchase and answering my many other questions concerning setting up a ukulele group at my work place.

Easy purchase of a ukelele, I missed the first delivery but the shop called and made sure everything was OK for redelivery, then called up again a couple of months later to check that everything was still OK with the uke, brilliant experience and customer service.
