Expert Medical are slow to answer txt messages which created distrust at the start. Once I finally decided to go ahead, the document signing was much less complicated than the previous documents they had requested I sign. Expert Medical have kept me in the loop as to how far into the process my app is, although it has only just been passed to the lawyers they are working with. I do hope things will go smoothly, time will tell but, I am fully confident there is a claim and that it will be won. It’s just a simple matter of how long it will take is all.

UK Expert Medical Ltd provided me with an excellent and extensive service on my hearing problem and thus far I hold them in the highest regard. A truly professional organisation who are used to providing a service of excellence. Highly recommended.

I’ll update a review later, but reserve judgement at this stage, especially with less than 100 reviews on Trust-pilot at this stage. Concerned with having to take insurance out in my name with now qualification or Due Diligence, when I have legal insurance cover in place through other insurances… they have kept me informed so far and will raise or lower the score when progressed or failed…

So far in my Hearing claim against the MOD, things have been straightforward with all the dealings with your workforce.
Be interesting to see how the MODvand it's representative try to weasel out of responsibility. As I have tried before to claim for Hearing loss, and they basically stated it was down to age and this was nearly 10 years ago when I was 61 years of age.

Generally good service. However, there seemed to be a disconnect between the email appointments from InHealth and text reminders from UKExpert. The text reminders were for appointments at the wrong medical centre.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Kept me updated on all aspects of my claim and helped me when I needed anything. All documents have sent to I the solicitors so all good. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for the help.

Excellent response and communication regarding my claim for hearing loss so far. Claim with solicitors for progression so good service from UKExpertMedical.

This company has been a big help in keeping me informed as to there progress in dealing with my claim, making sure that all the relevant information and documentation needed was correct and up-to-date before handing over to the legal team of solicitors who are taking the case forward to conclusion. The fact they clearly stated that my case was on a "No Win, No Fee" contract was very reassuring and put my fears of ending up with a huge legal debt whether I win or lose.

Do not waste your time they will take all the relivent information from you and just not bother to contact you or keep you updated about your case they declined Mt case but I only learnt this after weeks of not being contacted so I messaged them and it was only at that point they let me no they had canceled my claim saying there wasn't enough work to be carried out by my landlord.
