The item I bought was damaged on receipt. I contacted the company by email and they happily replaced the item free of charge which arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service, a big thanks to Fiona. I shall certainly recommend this company.

Received an ordered item which arrived when stated. Unfortunately one of the items was brocken. I sent an email off with a picture and received a response within 5 mins. I was offered a replacement or a refund. The customer response time was exceptional. And i should mention Faye who made everything very simple. Thank you.

I ordered a wooden planter with trellis which was delivered very quickly, I was very surprised at the quality of the item purchased at such a reasonable price.

The planter was well made and much better value than others that I have seen on line.

It was very easy to attach the trellis.

All in all an excellent buy, I would highly recommend this company and will buy from them again.

Ordered a cone hanging basket on 23 May and it was delivered on 27 May. Very impressed with the speedy delivery and the quality of the basket. Will definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered log edging in different sizes for our borders. Arrived so quickly. Such brilliant quality and we’re sure will last for many years. Excellent price. Was exactly what we were looking for. So this order was a bit of a debacle. The wrong colour obelisk was sent initially, and two of my emails to the company weren't being replied to until I left a review here. Fiona got in touch and was keen to put things right. She despatched the item to be delivered next day. It arrived, but was again the wrong item - this time I had received a trellis! I got back in touch the same day and Fiona went and picked the correct item herself from the warehouse, got it despatched, and I finally got the right obelisk in the correct colour the very next day.

Although this experience many put some people off purchasing from here, I would like to make it clear that once they were aware that there was an issue, Fiona bent over backwards to make things right and always replied to my emails within half hour. It seems to be a warehouse picking issue which I'm sure has been addressed seeing as I now have an extra trellis and obelisk I never ordered! I would order from here again in the future.

Ordered multi rolls of various size log rolls. Unfortunately one of the sizes were not up to standard. However, no problem, one phone call and an Email and the replacements were on their way.
First Class Service is still alive and kicking in some places.

We have used this brilliant company twice now. We have just made a second visit to purchase more Clematis trellis, having had such a super experience in April 2024.

The choice of products is wide, and the designs are handsome. And the build quality is really seriously good, whilst the prices will not break the bank. Besides, these are solid metal items that will stay looking good for years, not cheap plastic tat. The trellis we bought 2 years ago, now in place a while, looks fantastic.

We have had excellent customer service too, on both occasions. The packages were sent off eye-wateringly fast, and these awkward, large, heavy products arrived nicely, safely, carefully wrapped and with P&P of only £6.95.

If we need more trellis, or arches, obelisks, stakes, then this is where I shall begin my search. They are stars ~ solid metal stars!

We ordered a Tom Chambers Grand Bird Station which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem putting it together due to a fault with the pipework. I spoke to Fiona that afternoon, and without hesitation offered to send me a replacement, which arrived 2 days later. Thankfully the problem has been sorted as I can use of one of the parts from the new package. After trying local garden centres for log rolls and being disappointed with the quality I found UK Garden Supplies on line. After speaking to them (yes a human!) I ordered and was not disappointed. I ordered a watering can which was delivered very quickly. It is a thing of beauty (in my eyes at least!), however upon opening the box it had suffered in transit and had some large dents, despite being wrapped in much bubble wrap.
I contacted customer services and they apologised and sent me a replacement, no questions asked. This came via a different courier and was perfect! Thank you to Fiona for sorting this out so easily for me, it turned what could have been a bad experience into a good one!

I was looking for 3 x 3m High metal obelisk frames. I could not find a local garden centre who sold them . Looked online and saw UK Garden Supplies - all the way up North - not only sold them but for a few £ were willing to deliver. The obelisk arrived within 2 working days, delivered by a charming delivery guy. The helpfullness and efficiency of UK Garden Supplies is very impressive.

Large ground bird feeder
Ordered the large wooden ground bird feeder and was absolutely blown away by the quality for the price. It’s a really substantial, sturdy bird table and I’ll have no worries about it withstanding the winter weather. Made some legs for it from some fencing and I now have the happiest birds in the highlands! Thankyou for your amazing service, speedy delivery and fantastic product 😊
