I ordered from them. Money was taken from my account. I got an email saying I hadn’t finished my order. Which I had!

I ordered the basic pack but found website very confusing somehow I paid £50 after I realised I got straight in touch with them they sent email saying it was too late it was dispatched which I dont believe said got to wait for delivery. I asked if they could send prepaid sticker so i could send them back . Waited several days email come back to me saying they dont issue refunds.. So now I have 9 boxes of the stuff and it does not work . What a joke

bought skin tag remover pen , used for 2 weeks but did nothing . i contacted them to arrange a return of the 2 unused items i bought , but no surprise they will not answer my emails .

Purchased the product and it does NOT…
Purchased the product and it does NOT work at all 😡
Tried it for more than a week with NO visible success.
Contacted Customer Services who were initially quick to respond, but after asking for a full refund, I have had NO response whatsoever

Paid £40 they said it had been dispatched. Nothing came, have emailed them but no reply. Think it is a scam

Scam site, do not order from them.
Placed an order 3rd July, 8th July got an email to say it had shipped. Today, 15th July, I received an email stating my order needs confirmation and I had a countdown clock of 30 minutes to do it or I'd lose my order. Almost pressed the button but then remembered it had supposedly already been shipped so checked my online credit card and the money was taken out when I first placed my order plus another £4.99! No doubt if I'd have pressed the 'Complete checkout' button I'd have been charged again. Avoid this scam site at all costs!!!!

ITS A SCAM.....So Beware
An item was bought off a FaceBook but never arrived.
They have a website that looks almost genuine but you only need to read the T&C to realize that it isn't.
You get a bot reply to messages, but after weeks of waiting, a review of my experience I have now left.
