I order the product called Orchid Myst which I have previously purchased through Amazon. UKgrowshop.com offered a slightly better price so I thought I'd give them a try. What I received was not Orchid Myst but an own-brand substitution. I wrote to them and explained I did not want their substitution, I wanted the product that I had ordered. I received no reply.
Subsequently the website seems to be simply a holding place with no information about products or how to contact them etc.
Flyby night chancers and rip-off artists.
Avoid at all costs.

Following my review 'believing that this company wouldn't steel from a pensioner' I have to report that this company is neither customer or animal focussed, my order that never arrived was £48.00 of Calci worms which would have fed birds and hedgehogs.

The first red flag was the package arrived in a recycled muller milk cardboard box. next the description on amazon was:
UK Grow - Proffesional Weed killer - 10L - High Glyphosate levels - Advanced Herbicidal Solution for Lush Landscapes.
So Professional spelled incorrectly and the container that arrived was 5Ltr. Perhaps 10L does not mean 10 Litres.
It also states on the label: Fast acting Formula results in 3 hours. I treated weeds at 16.00 Wednesday 11th Sept still looking at strong vibrant weeds at 09.30 Thursday 12th Sept.
I purchased this product because most weedkiller products seem to cost about £4 - £4.50 a litre and this looked like good value at £3 a litre. In fact it cost me £6 a litre. Duped by the headline description.
Together with other bad reviews on this company I would advise that you spend your money elsewhere. They appear to be a cowboy outfit.

AVOID!! 🔴 I ordered 2 items. 1 arrived 6days after order placed and the second item still not arrived. Communication with them is awful and they just fob you off and takes a couple of days to reply. Nightmare company. AVOID.

Ordered distilled water which never arrived. Totally ignored by this Amazon UK seller until I threatened a report then given a refund without an apology for their abysmal service. Give this company a huge swerve.

Ordered a 5ltr misting bonsai spray from this company through Amazon.
Unfortunately after 10 days the item hasn’t arrived.. I’m not surprised as this company seem to us Evri or what was known as Hermes to deliver their products.
Please use a credible company to deliver your product. It may cost a little more but it’s worth the extra money to receive the product safely and on time!!!!!
Will be claiming a full refund from Amazon and won’t use this company for my future plant purchases until they change their courier service.

Conmen. This company is a scam. They take your money and don't even attempt to deliver the product. They should be in prison.

Ordered a 20l bucket of perlite from this company via Amazon. On arrival the bucket had no identifying labels just a postal label with 15kg on it - it could contain anything. According to several Weights and Measures sites 1 litre = 1 kg so the bucket weight should have been what I paid for 20kg. I judged it to be £3.75 short - 5 litres short - but the seller when contacted insisted I had it wrong and that 15kg equalled 20l contradicting the Weights and Measures sites. Have contacted Amazon re this scam and am waiting for more info. Ok I could return it - at a cost of c£10! What a nice little earner - wonder how many others have been shortchanged by this company? I have photos of the bucket as proof btw...
How about a response to a negative review instead of only thanking positive reviewers UK GROW SHOP?

So ordered a product on the 29th of September, i received a tracking number and spoke to the courier service that hasn't even been received from you guys but still taken money out of my account and then I get an email saying I'm going to be refunded after I specifically said I needed the product and not a refund tried ringing this company multiple times also messaged on amazon and still no reply no help why take money out of my account for something that clearly had no intention of sending it out whatsoever now its weekend and I'll have to wait even longer for my refund when this could of been sorted days and days ago. Again a company that clearly has no intention of customer service at all would not recommend this company I'll be surprised if I get a response on here as everything else I've tried like numbers or emails or messages.

Great shop and great people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Stock everything you'll need. Would highly recommend!
