Just recently bought some vitamin A tablets directly from this supplier, delivery came fast and was packaged above standards. Very good, will use again.

Had a good experience just wanted to ask if there will ever be a halal gel option for your products eg. fish oil
or astaxanthin also can I get some more info regarding who has certified you/ any third party testing. Will change review to 5 after a response

Absolute 5+ stars for this company, I order vitamins on a regular basis and they always arrive within 2 days and are extremely fresh. Very well priced, too. Am always very impressed with their speed of service and quality products, wouldn't buy vitamins anywhere else because I know they couldn't be better, it's that simple. Great customer service; one order went missing and they replaced it within a day. I only wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book.

I placed an order on 29 December and expected a standard order confirmation and basic communication shortly after purchase. No confirmation email was received, and the order status did not change for several days.

I contacted the seller to ask about dispatch. When I received no response, I followed up to request cancellation and a full refund, as I needed the product urgently and had already ordered an alternative elsewhere.

Only afterwards did I discover a notice on the mobile version of the website stating they were on a festive break. I had never noticed this on desktop (Brave browser) at the time of ordering; there was no obvious indication that orders or support would be delayed.

There was no reply to either of my emails. Despite my explicit cancellation request, the product was dispatched on 5 January without any prior communication.

To be clear:
> I am not disputing the product itself.
> The issue is lack of timely communication, poor visibility of holiday closure information and expected delayed despatching, and then actually despatching an order after a cancellation request without responding.

This could have been avoided with a simple auto-reply, clearer messaging across all devices, or acknowledgment of the cancellation request.

2nd time writing this review because trustpilot removed my first one and locked my account. Why? Maybe they don’t like good reviews. Who knows.

Great company. I buy a lot of things from here. Creatine mainly. Super quick postage and any problems they answer same day or first thing in the morning!
