Not very easy to understand and lots of foods I eat that wasn’t tested more obscure foods that I’ve never heard of.

I've never received the order. I got this email asking to review, and I ordered the test a couple of weeks ago, so I assume it was supposed to be here by now.
Pretty disappointed!

I ordered 4 tests through wowcher. Sent all 4 off, only 3 acknowledged. 1 test had results and other 2 are blanks. Have contacted at least 5 times via email and their help form but no response. Can't find telephone no to ring. Waste of time and money.

Didn’t get any answers from them.

It only showed me yellow for foods I ate in last 10 days. I am intolerant to wheat, milk and daily and I do not consume it. Report showed it all green since I had not eaten that.

SCAM. Never received any thing other than email of instructions. Tried to contact…nothing from them or wowcher. SSCAM

Havnt received results its been over three weeks don’t respond to emails, no way contacting them by phone. Just a chat bot who havnt got a clue. Abysmal.

They refused to give me my results claiming I had somehow scammed them into getting a code.

Providing all the receipts etc did not help.

So avoid this scam.

I ordered an offer through Wowcher and redeemed as suggested on their website on the 15th January. I received an order number on screen but no confirmation email. And now nothing since despite contacting them through their website contact form 3 times.
Definitely avoid!
Thankfully I bought through Wowcher so not as big a loss as it could have been!

I've done the complete test at UK Labs and got two completly different results. I submitted two test samples in two different envelopes. The result of the two sampels show two completly different results, with almost no correlation. If I'm honest it feels like the result is just random and that they have placed the green, yellow and red dots that mark how well you tolerate a specific food item in any random order. How else could the result of the two sampels become so completly different? If the result were correct it would be fair to see some minor differences, but with two completly different results I get very sceptical conserning their methods or if they have done any tests at all or just placed the coloured dots in random order. I have sent multiple e-mails to UK Labs but they never reply, so this is beyond any doubt a fraud company! Avoid at all cost!!!

Bluff!

Fick provsvaren och står att jag inte är känslig mot komjölk och jag har grov känslighet från komjölk så resultaten stämmer inte alls och resultat missvisande är inte nöjd alls och litar inte alls på deras tester.
har försökt kontakta företaget men får inget svar alls, och på hemsidan står det 100% money back garanti. Men inget svar trots flera mail som skickades. Köp inte från detta företag ni blir lurade på pengar!
Efter att jag skrev detta omdöme svarade dom på mitt omdöme ”att dom skickat flera svar till mig” men det stämmer inte har inte fått något svar alls inte ett enda mail och kräver fortfarande pengarna tillbaka. Let’s deal mailade mig att det är uk labs som ansvarar om deras tester och let’s deal är bara en mellanhand. Sedan vet jag att detta är inget allergi test. Men står att jag inte är känslig mot mjölk jag är ju väldigt känslig mot mjölk så hur förklarar ni resultaten???? För att det är bara bluff bluff bluff

I hadn’t received my results and e mailed the company ,got my results 5 mins later basically saying I had no allergies or sensitivity.I was still suffering so my GP put me forward for testing and there were many foods,minerals etc that I was showing sensitivity towards.If my doctor hadn’t helped I would still be suffering .People are desperate and I feel some companies are taking the money but not providing the advertised solution

I had a great experience with uklabs. I thought it gave you a huge amount of information. The price was reasonable. The test was so convenient just a hair sample. I have taken supplements for what I needed and already I feel exceptionally better. I will be using this service yearly. Thank you uklabs

Did not receive testing kit and no refund so a waste of money I couldn't afford to lose

Dreadful! Don’t waste your money.
I’d give zero stars if I could. I bought the test for my daughter to help her. We sent off the sample and had acknowledgement it was received. The ‘3 days’ turn around is now at 31 days with no sign of any results. I’ve sent 3 messages (email because there’s no phone number … I wonder why?) and heard absolutely nothing. Total sham!
