I like many had no idea about probate and was at the mercy of grasping Solicitors and other over charging companies.I stumbled upon UK Probate who assisted me with my probate application, they were professional and explained everything to me and always kept me informed.
I cannot thank them enough for their professional and Fantastic value service .

After being quoted £1,500 by a solicitor for gaining a grant of probate, I came across UK Probate when looking online. I was very sceptical of the £499 price. I phoned and was reassured and decided to go ahead. I am so glad I did. When phoning my initial solicitor they took four days to answer my email regarding the work I needed doing and they said it would take about 3 weeks to get the paperwork together. After deciding to use UK Probate I had contact from day one and all forms were emailed to me by day 2. In one week everything was ready and the documents were sent off to the court. The service was absolutely brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone.

I "ummed" and "ahhd" over whether to try and do the probate myself, however never having done one before I thought I could do with some help. There is still a lot of legwork you need to do to get the information together, but once you have that the service from Tara at UK Probate was absolutely first class from the start to the end she was professional, not too pushy, prodded me when required, and allways helpful and responsive. Quick and efficient service sorting probate .

We obtained quotes from from 3 solicitors to carry out Grant of Probate for my late mother-in-law’s estate. These ranged from £1200-1500 plus registry fee plus VAT.
As the estate was straight forward, no inheritance tax payable, I thought that I could do it myself with some help.
I found UK Probate online and rang their office and spoke to Tara who was really helpful and explained the process. She sent me forms to complete and a list of documents required. I completed the forms and returned them.
Probate was granted in four weeks, despite the Christmas and New Year break , which was astonishing.
I would thoroughly recommend this service which took the pressure away from an already stressful time for the family . The total cost was £499, including the £215 registry fee and VAT.

I was quite nervous about having to go through the probate process, others had told me that it was long and complicated. UK Probate, however, made the process really simple and it was all sorted very quickly too. The cost was also a bonus, after being quoted over one thousand pounds by local solicitors, UK Probate di the whole thing for less than half that. Communication was excellent, emails we replied to very quickly and their guidance was excellent. Well done.
