I have completed 2 x Level 7 Diploma courses with this college, found the information and required research to be fit for purpose, and enjoyed the courses as well as the support from my tutor. The courses require one to input time and effort to complete the assignments and found the courses rewarding for my personal growth.

The Project Management Course has really helped me alot, and I'm making my way through it at my own time.

very low quality, not reputable
Honestly do not waste your money, look for a course on Future Learn or similar platforms. The material sent to me for the course I chose was incredibly low quality and consisted of a PowerPoint slide deck that had been written by someone with poor grammar and only rudimentary presentation development skills. The only other material sent was a couple of articles from journals and a pdf version of a publicly available book. No lectures, no named tutor no instruction or directions given. How this qualifies as a level 6 course is beyond me. I complained inintially via email asking for a refund that was ignored. However, after several calls and informing them that I would be raising this with the education ombudsmen they finally emailed to tell me I had been refunded.

More Than My Expectation
What can I say, I have not seen a better customer service from any other organisations than the one from UK Public College, send them an email and within 1-2 hours you get full support, I just completed my Level 6 Certificate In HRM. loved the course, the course materials and the support from the tutors. Bought a "level 6" qualification with them (equivalent to an undergraduate degree) and they emailed me a pdf file of a book (not their book, one that is available online)... that was it. Needless to say I asked for my money back.

Hi Lily, thanks for you time to review us, just to let you know the course you were enrolled was a certificate, not a diploma, Level 6 simply does not mean the course is equivalent to an undergraduate degree, only a diploma can be equivalent to an undergraduate degree, further more, even oxford university is using other publishers books, so nothing wrong with that, we wish you all the best in your career, kindest regards.
