UK Therapy Rooms Avis 

Absolutely horrible service. They advertise it as free, however it is only allows you to list for free, then you have to pay to see the enquiries- making the service entirely useless. Absolute waste of time to set up- you would probably be better off placing an ad in your window. I have had a reply from the company and I do feel it is a useful tool for someone looking to rent a room but if you cannot see the enquiry and have to pay to look it may be completely irrelevant to your business needs.

Had a couple of genuine enquiries, and I like that the listing is live even without a subscription. However the majority of the enquiries come when the subscription runs out, but I reinstate so that I can reply, I never hear back from them. Feels scammy, as if they're sending fake enquiries to get you to sign up again. No wonder there's so many reviews her of rooms not responding. They've learned most enquiries aren't real.

The platform made it easy to find and connect with multiple therapy space options. The platform's usability could be smoother.

You need to pay to SEE enquiries. It is also why there are so many bad reviews about people not answering to enquiries- because you cannot even see them as a room owner if you do not subscribe. I ended up paying after getting two enquiries, just to find out that they were from people who cannot even use my room due to the services they're providing (should be pretty obvious but some people lack common sense). This system is a waste of money and time on both sides- room owners and renters, the only one winning being the platform. This is a very scammy way to do business as you could at least show us the enquiries on a free membership and only allow us to reply if we pay. But we would at least be protected from time wasters.

90% of people I contacted regarding a room to rent never replied. There should be follow ups on these or have their ads removed.

Customer service has been excellent throughout. Real people that pick up the phone or email back very quickly. I received help setting up the advert in the beginning and ongoing support. My rooms are now full thanks to U K Therapy Rooms and the site mainly generates very good therapists. I had a few spams and when I told them, they dealt with it immediately.
If you need to rent a space or find a space, I highly recommend this company, they have a lot of experience and for me have been the best performing advert.
