Box distroyed wheels missing 2 & part of the handle. I waited all day on Sunday when they said it would be delivered & it came the next day. They reckoned they had tried to deliver day before this was the message I received but when I actually asked lady driver she told me it was first attempt. She couldn’t lift the box so obviously that is what has happened to it been dragged dropped & thrown around. Not what I expected.

Took a while to get to me, but satisfied.
Took a while to get to me, which I don't mind but I could've been given a way to track my order, I did send out emails chasing were the product was but did not recieve a reply. Ultimately I got what I ordered but some updates on my order would be appreciated. Would recommend.

I order an empty toolbox manarola, it arrives in 7 days with no parcel track, don’t know exactly why but the toolbox looks great for me and it was cheap as well. So if you want to orderd some from them , do it! You will not regret.

Worst online store I have ever encountered they take your money and the goods never arrive I am sick and tired of messaging them to no avail I have now reported this to pay pal my funding source if I could give UK tools less than 1 star I would do the right thing and refund my money

Poor communication and no delivery information
I've heard nothing since I made my order. Not even any information on time scales for delivery. I have no idea when to expect my order. Also nothing on their website while I was making my purchase about delivery times.
Update as of 7/01/2025
So, I emailed them and asked if they could give some information on when to expect delivery, this is the response I got:
"It was send out for delivery. You will get it in couple of days".
Terrible response, no help, completely useless.
As of the 10/01/2024, still not received. The tracking number provided, since 03/01/2024 has said the same thing, still waiting for parcel to be received.
I have now asked for my order to be cancelled and had no reply, so far.
Think I've seem scammed!!
