Got an email stating my order was on its way, with tracking number attached
Hours later got another email saying that the order was being refunded, no reason why, just it will take up to 10 days for refund to arrive
First time I’ve used them and safe to say it will be the last

Ordered a vape that never arrived i contacted them by email they replied 3 days later to say it had got lost in transit they didnt have another the same to send would I like a different one I said no a refund I was told 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund a day later I receive an email saying 10 business days for the refund am very skeptical now if il get it all

I ordered the wrong vapes by my own mistake got in touch with the company that day which they gave me the address to send back and within one day they received the wrong items and sent the correct ones the day after….excellent service and help and would highly recommend great vapes too 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Clean, easy to navigate website, with plenty of products. Excellent prices, including my smoke xpriv kit, which already was cheapest I could find,including an aftermarket 8ml bulb. Dispatched quick, plenty of communication, and dpd delivery excellent.

Great service I mistakenly ordered the wrong flavor vapes and after getting into touch with them and asking if I returned them would they replace my order with right vapes they very kindly agreed. I sent them back and got the replacement within 48hrs. Very good customer service thank you...

Missing item and completely ignored after sending several emails!! Disgusting, I'm now out of pocket and the issue remains unresolved! Will not order from this place EVER again!! I would advise you avoid this place.

Order some vape on 24/1/2025 , deliveried on 29/1/2025 , and it was wrong flavors after I open.
At the same day I email to ask for return and exchange the correct one . No one reply my email and after few days I call them and the pick up the phone and send me a return label . I shipped it back on the next day 2feb2025and it was delivered. I ask for tracking for my exchange he told me it was shipped. He provided me a tracking number on 3feb2025 and I checked the tracking today 5feb2025 , just found that’s not my address . This is scammer

Ordered twice from these, a 10 box of Hayati Pro Mox 4000.

Both times I've had 3/4 which are completely fake, first time I thought it was just my taste buds, but when I go to a shop and buy 1 they taste completely different.

100% they are using dodgy vapes, not using again.

Dont answer emails, dont send email confirmations of orders. Nothing more to say but fraud.
