Now spent nearly 50 minutes waiting for someone to answer the ruddy phone!! I need a replacement tumble dryer asap and nobody is answering, what a bloody scam.

Absolutely shocking. Cannot get through to the call center. They do not respond to emails. After 4 days did get through, engineer came, 2 weeks later and didn't fix the dishwasher. Robbing people absolutely the worst customer service ever
This company is awful avoid
This company is awful avoid , their customer service is terrible they use another company to send the engineer out and in my case the engineer didn’t fix the issue and the washing machine flooded the kitchen I couldn’t get hold of anyone for days then someone came to fix it and had to order more parts I’m still waiting 3 weeks on and still no washing machine. I can’t even speak to anyone and people say they will call me back and then don’t. I don’t even know if they will pay for the damage they have caused.

This is the worst Kitchen appliance company I have ever used.Washer door repaired twice third time needed a new door, they couldn't get hold of one I waited seven months despite having a disabled mother to care for but they weren't interested. Gave me a long story that they had to wait for the part to come, in the end my husband had to wear them down before they finally gave us a new washer. Then they cancelled my other policies and I only found out by accident and they said I had cancelled it, total lies. So I’ve now gone with the best there is D & G my sister has been with them many years and they are absolutely brilliant, a bit more expensive but worth every penny. Definitely a case of pay cheap get cheap, pay more get better service. Wrote and complained but no one has bothered to offer an apology so the bad service is definitely coming from the top and filtering down to ground level. Glad I was paying monthly. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I have tried on several occasions to claim for my broken Cooker and they don't answer the phone or respond to emails.
This was sold to me by Appliances Direct and they are completely reluctant to help too.
Always check reviews before spending or setting up a plane, especially with this disgrace of a company.

I had insurance with UK Warranty for my built in oven and hob. Both went wrong infact my oven which I purchased from my appliances made by Apelson Appliances caught fire at the back of oven. A lovely lady called Kendahl Chambers from the service desk arranged quickly and promptly for a new oven of my approval from Currys and a settlement to replace my hob. This lady was quick, efficient and very helpful. I can honestly say I have been very impressed with my insurers UK Warranty, their repairers Pacifica and Kendahl Chambers for arranging replacements so quickly within a couple of days. Thank you Kendahl.

Very helpful. Been with UK warranty for about 6 or 7 years now for my Hoover washing machine and I've had to contact them about 5 times over those years to book 5 separate repairs and every time it's been very easy and each time they've had an engineer come out and fix my machine. I dread to think how much I would've had to pay on new machines had i not had this warranty. 5 stars from me.
SHOCKING
SHOCKING! We are awaiting our 4th engineer for our combo microwave oven!!
They can only come in Wednesdays which has just meant four days leave from work!
The first engineer found a fault and ordered the part. Second engineer didn’t know why he had come and didn’t have the part! 3 rd engineer fitted the part but a fuse had gone and he didn’t have a fuse on him- can you believe an engineer doesn’t have a 12amp fuse?. Then we were told the part (fuse) had to be ordered and they gave us a date 2 weeks later. Who the hell needs to order a fuse?
Let’s see what happens on Wednesday!
Oh and the manager still hasn’t rung us to apologise as promised

Very poor customer service. They clearly state if they can’t repair the insured product they will replace or refund purchase price. Engineer came out, said he could repair it however needs the ok from insurer that it’s covered.
Regarding my claim UK warranty state couldn’t repair the item, decide they don’t cover that model of tumble dryer and cancel the policy and refund the premium price only. They do not uphold their terms and conditions.
Insurance policy not worth the paper it’s written on.

If I could rate this 1 star I would. Worst company EVER. engineers don't turn up, they don't return your calls. The engineers are incompetent, they don't respond to emails, they took two months to eventually fix my washing machine after weeks and weeks of delays and poor engineers. The list goes on..
Avoid at all cost. Better off paying a little extra and going somewhere else
Need a rethink , a bit of joined up thinking from senior management perhaps , come on you bugbuck earners get with the programme …
Everyone of these admin/ call centre operators are good hard working folk , what let’s them down is the totally negative PR concept of sales 1st and afters sales after …. What backword thinking I this !! You can’t get through too repairs but woohoo you can get too sales !! Need some joined up thinking guys . Your operatives are frontline customer operatives , you dealing with repairs 1st brings more sales ! Don’t you get it ??

Awful. Came to fix a noise from my machine on 26/5/22 and caused more damage. 3 engineers later ( 1 completed my job when was supposed to order parts to fix, so he could be paid) and my machine Is broke caused by them!! Ombudsman complaint is open. Awful service and still waiting on a replacement machine. Beware do not go with this company

The whole point of insurance is you have peace of mind should something breakdown and need a repair. What is the point of your claims line is not able to accept calls and terminates without being able to leave a message.

I had an email regarding a a failure of collection of my direct debit. I instantly rang the number on the email ending '7238', I got passed from pillar to post. No one there could help me and had no idea what I was talking about even when giving the reference number! I then got got told to ring another number ending '6690' - exact same thing happened, this time someone tried to transfer me to someone else and hung up on me - I have been unable to resolve anything!
I have emailed on the 3rd August to try get someone to ring me urgently - no one did.
I emailed again on the 4th August as urgent - no one has contacted me again!
they are going to lose a customer, which is very disappointing considering I have been paying my bill for my dish washer for over a year.
