We would really recommend anyone to book with Heidi. Heidi has gone above and beyond to provide informatiom and options for us. We had every confidence in Heidi from our first interaction and have already booked 2 amazing holidays!
Heidi has been fantastic! An entire, beautiful holiday designed, sourced and booked within a 24 hour period. At a very good price too. Having spent the past few years largely booking everything myself (and it being hard work), I’m really glad to have found this excellent travel agent. Proactive. Positive. Communicative. Clear. Thanks Heidi!
So focused, interested, professional and such brilliant service. I have recommended to people since our holiday in Madeira and I will ALWAYS use Ultimate Global Escapes Ltd for any overseas trips, from now on. We can't recommend them highly enough.

What a lovely review, thank you so much!
We had a great experience with Heidi. We engaged her to book an all-inclusive holiday last minute for school holidays and she found several options quickly that met our requirements. She was responsive and answered all our questions. We will definitely use Heidi again. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this kind review.
We came across Heidi from Ultimate Global Escapes by chance on a FB group when she replied to one of our queries. We subsequently bombarded her with questions and requests and she delivered on everything usually the same day or next at the latest.
We ended up booking two holidays with flights, hotels and dates exactly as we wanted.
She also went the extra mile in securing room upgrades, booking seats on the plane, airport parking and airport lounges.
We would not hesitate on using her again and 💯 definitely recommend her professional service.
