Don't waste your time with this company
They are lucky they even got 1 🌟 Don't enter there competitions if you don't have any photo ID as i won a comp in August and because i couldn't send photo ID they didn't send the prize out NOT EVERYONE HAS PHOTO ID all this company want is more followers i have now hit that unfollow on Instagram

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE, the customer service is on point, I ordered juice a kit and some disposables for personal use, it arrived the very next day early in the morning, no issues with kit and it came with a coil which I wasn’t expecting, would highly recommend if you have some knowledge of vaping or just need a quick alternative to buying a vape product if you live far from a vape shop like myself

Excellent customer service
Stopped smoking cigarettes thanks to these guys, went on their website, saw a very good selection of kits and nicotine salts, which really helped me quit smoking.
Quality of their products, as in nicotine salts are very good, and the pod kit that I had purchased from them was among the rarer ones in the markets from Steam Crave.
Worth mentioning that I have had to contact them a couple of times because of either a fault with the device which is manufacturer fault or question in regard to the device which was outside of my forte, and these guys responded very quickly and got the issue sorted swiftly.

Fantastic service and high quality products
I've recently became a customer of Ultimate Juice and I am blown away by their quick, reliable service as well as the range and quality of the products and juice brands available. My personal favourite - Soda King Strawberry Kiwi Bar Salts cant be beaten anywhere else! They treat their customers professionally and and the prices are very competitive.

I've recently brought Steam Crave…
I've recently brought Steam Crave Hadron Lite Advanced Combo Kit from them and upon arrival I've found out that no matter what it leaks juice from the airflow vent. No matter how I wick it it always leaks. I've sent them an email telling them about the issue but they didn't answer. I've tried calling them but they end up explaining what rta is and everything. I've been using different RTA and boro devices for almost 2 years now and I've never had an issue with any of them. Didn't expect them to treat a customer like this.

Update;
I was contacted by Saj with regards to the problem I had and everthing is now sorted. As a gesture of goodwill, he sent me 3 free 50ml juices with nic juices. Needless to say, I am very impressed with this and will definitely be using them again.
