Poor product!! Do not waste your time and money on this! I bought this product last year on a “special offer” for £54... I would be even more livid if I’d paid double that which it was meant to be!
There are no instructions. The product is cheaply made in China. It takes hours to charge and when it’s fully charged it lasts a couple of brushes until it dies again. It then stopped charging.

I contacted the customer service team who then sent me a new one.

The same thing happened.

I contacted them again and again they sent me another new one.

This was all in between tonnes of emails back and forth and them asking for videos to prove that it was faulty (as if I was lying).

The third one arrived. I charged it, used it a couple of times and then THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN!!!

After this... I decided enough was enough and that I’d like a refund for this pathetic product. To which they continually refused as its “clearly written in their policy”. Well I’m sorry but if a product is FAULTY then a customer is more than entitled to a refund under the consumer rights act...

Very poor company who clearly just scam people. DO NOT USE!!!!

OPLICHTERS!! Geen klantenservice, en retour zenden gaat ook niet. Eenmaal gekocht = geld weg!

Es una copia del producto original. La quevenden en Aliexpress por 15€. No hay mas que ver el video que lo cortan al final cuando sale la marca original. Las traducciones no concuerdan en genero con el nombre, totalmente falso. No lo recomiendo es el mismo producto que el que vale 15€ en los chinos.

I have been using this product for several months and to be honest I have no idea if it is better than any other electric toothbrush. When I can eventually (due to COVID restrictions) get my 6 monthly dental check I will have a better idea. I do have to move the guard backwards and forwards to get to the inside front teeth.
This product does not whiten your teeth but in fairness no British toothpaste will.
The charger is pretty much useless, I manage to get it fully charged by weighing it down with a pair of scissors! Would be better with conventional charging system.
I wouldn’t recommend this product and my next purchase will probably be a standard electric brush unless my Hygienist says my teeth show an improvement.

AVOID! Useless. No instructions. A waste of space.
€60 for this soft piece of silicone is a joke. I waited over a month for this to be delivered (literally on a slow boat from wherever).

Really annoyed with myself that I fell for this thing.

Finally arrived boxed with very limited "chinglish" instructions. E.g. no idea on how/if to use toothpaste with this or not, it's just not feasible to spread it across the mouthpiece. There are 4 settings but no explaination as to what any of these do, blue light for "whitening" again no clue about this (one setting has no vibration just the blue light on??)

Ultimately it does not clean teeth properly and does half a job on the fronts only (barely touches them). I've tried using it after cleaning with my regular electric brush just to see if it has any whitening capability, which it doesn't appear to have (after several weeks use)

Battery life is paltry considering it's on for 30 seconds a time and lasts a week. Charging "dock" is cheap and it's usb-powered (most bathrooms dont have that) plus the crazy bright blue LEDs mean you can't leave this anywhere in the room if you want to sleep!

I opted for the "real" (advertised) product instead of buying "cheap copies" via Amazon and now wished I hadn't as the refunds policy is also worthless.

Moest langer dan een maand wachten op mijn bestelling. Had een mail gestuurd erover of ze de bestelling wilde annuleren en mijn geld terug konden storten. Vervolgens kreeg ik een mail dat het pakket onderweg was. Via de post nl app zag ik dat er een pakket was aangemeld van Alieexpres. Dit is dit oplichterij de alie tandenborstels staan erop voor 4 euro. “Ultrabrush” 60 euro, heb pakket retour gestuurd en geld teruggevraagd maar geen reacties. Alles op hun website is nep ook de reviews en de geschiedenis die staat beschreven

The silicone mouthpiece is so shallow that it cannot reach the tops of my top, front teeth or the bottoms of my bottom front teeth. How can it clean or massage what it cannot reach? No feeling of a clean or refreshed mouth after use. NO REFUND POLICY if the box has been opened. After a few emails back and forth I was refunded €18 as a special gesture. Almost useless device and an unpleasant experience dealing with this company. I am left with a device that doesn't do what is claimed in the advertising... All the on-site reviews were positive and I can't leave my review there. Rigged! Avoid this product!

Bestelling voor 1 ultra brush tandenborstel gedaan op 29 juni 2020. Na 3 weken radiostilte contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, die meldde dat mijn adres foutief zou zijn ingevoerd, waardoor de bestelling niet goed is gegaan (??) en of ik mijn correcte gegevens wilde mailen. Gedaan. Nu -12 augustus- is er nog niets binnen. €59,95 weggegooid.
Dit is geen betrouwbaar bedrijf, vrees ik. Ik ga er werk van maken. Mocht dit iets (positiefs) opleveren, dan laat ik het hier weten.

Ik heb mijn klacht intussen ook bij Klachtenkompas van de Consumentenbond neergelegd. Zij hebben contact gezocht met het bedrijf, maar geen reactie van ze ontvangen. Slap.
Op 22 augustus is het pakje dan eindelijk gearriveerd, zonder vooraankondiging, overigens. Ik heb er dus bijna 2 maanden op moeten wachten en pas nadat ikzelf contact heb opgenomen met hen, bleek dat er een foutief adres (HuH?!?) op was gezet, waardoor het retour gestuurd was naar het magazijn. Op enig begrip en medeleven heb ik ze niet kunnen betrappen in hun reactie. Of dat ze er een eer in leggen dit zo snel mogelijk recht te zetten, ook niet. Daardoor heb ik de indruk dat deze aanpak onderdeel uitmaakt van hun beleid/verdienmodel. Mensen gaan niet altijd achter zo'n mislukte bestelling aan, geven het op, denken dat ze het toch niet zullen ontvangen... mijn advies is, als je ook al te lang moet wachten op je betaalde bestelling: doe dat wel! In mijn geval heeft het in elk geval gewerkt.
