So I reached out about the light having…
So I reached out about the light having issues and changing pattern and color on there own which is a major issue for me as I do construction and need the lights daily and they could start flashing blue on there own. It turns out that the problem is with the membrane that lets it breathe. It allows water in and that is what causes the problem I’ve noticed it does it to multiple lights after heavy rain or washing. This is a big problem.

If i could give zero stars
If i could give zero stars, I would. The patterns will not save, and the switch is not easy-to-use. They are cheaper LCM flasher modules out there that are easier to use, and offer more patterns.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Z-Flash. I am not sure what you mean by "patterns will not save" since there is no software available to make custom patterns for the Z-Flash LCM Plugin Flasher For GM. The patterns are built in. I will have one of our customer service team members contact you for assistance.
I called to speak with customer service…
I called to speak with customer service because I had a few question on my vehicle, installation, and programing. All questions where answered with confidence proving that she new exactly what she was speaking about, not just a person placed in a seat to tell the customer what they want to hear. I would purchase again today if I needed another Z Flasher! 100 percent satisfied.

My experience with Ultra Bright Lightz
My experience with Ultra Bright Lightz, was absolutely fantastic! I had made an error in my address during my purchase and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful on resolving the issue. The response time in emails was fast, there was little to no wait time during calls. The staff made me feel like I was top priority, as well as made me feel like I was not just a customer but a friend. I will recommend this company to my friends as well as professional acquaintances.
