Ultra Lite Avis 

I thought the program was good and will work for me. The timing didn’t work as we had just emerged from lockdown into many catch-ups. I will do the next challenge in May.

My consultant Jo was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. And was willing to provide products when I can out at short notice.

I actually had fun doing the Ultra Lite challenge, lots of great people all doing the same thing so plenty of support and the admin team were great at helping with any questions along the way. I will do again and I can recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight or just get healthier.

Lost 6.3 kilos...from 85 kilos to 78.7. Very happy with that. Had a bout of dirreharra. Then a couple if weeks later food poisoning which was unfortunate but not the fault of Ultralite.
I found some of the recipes were not to my liking as I was cooking for my husband and sometimes grandchildren. I found the sachets great and also the habit relief.Would recommend the challenge

The challenge was great to be involved in - the support and the recipes were fabulous. Once I was in ketosis I didn’t feel hungry and I lost all the cravings I would normally have had. I highly recommend the Ultralite challenge because it works.

Overall I think the Ultralite program is fantastic. I lost 9kg & 30cm. It’s simple, tasty, healthy & the Ultralite drinks really help in between meals. I found the Keto monitor great to use too. Most importantly however, is that it moves the weight, even if that’s got difficult due to age & metabolism. I have so much more energy & my head is really clear. The support has been good & informative. I also feel it will be a lifestyle change I can maintain. Very thankful because I was feeling out of control & really needed some support & guidance.
The only real criticism I have is that the menu software was a bit time consuming if you wanted to change a lot in a weekly eating plan & the printable shopping lists didn’t always come out well. I believe this might be better when Ultralite launches their new app however. Don’t let that hold you back though. It’s a minor issue compared to what you’ll get out of the rest of the program.

Love the Ultra Lite Program. I have been on the program previously with results and just completed the 6 Week Challenge with Awesome results. The recipes are easy to follow and tasty. Yes it can be a challenge sticking to it if you are a sweet tooth like me, but the Marshmallow with your Ultra lite Chocolate drink is amazing.. let's say I'm a bit addicted to it for my night time drink. The Ultra Lite program also educates you on the food and food preparation for our busy lifestyles, I have more energy and have found that I can focus more while at work for longer. I have thyroid problems but have noticed that my levels have improved and I don't shake anymore. Thank you Ultra lite for I know I will now be eating the keto way. I absolutely 100% believe in this program for losing weight and feeling great about myself. Thank you

Ultra Lite and the team running the 6 week challenge are truely amazing. It was exactly what I needed to get back on track and keep on track running up to the festive season. I have gone on to loose more weight but best of all have gained confidence in myself to make the right choices on a meal by meal basis. I am looking forward to the next challenge to continue my journey to being healthy and at my optimum weight.

I enjoyed the program. The food was tasty and nitreous. I found it an easy program to follow. The support was great and it fit with my busy life style and work.

I've got about 1800 reasons as to why my experience was bad. Thanks for asking Ultra Lite.

I am disappointed in the online meal planning. I was looking forward to be more organised and plan my keto meals, but In the end, the technology was too frustrating. Luckily I have done ultralite before so used the hard copy book for recipes. I am also a member of Sam Woods 28 program (Mainly for the workouts) which appears to have really invested in technology for both the exercise and meal planning.

8 kilos and 45cm gone!!!! Food was amazing and easy to cook. Do it, you will not regret it.

I had been eating too much sugar and large portions of food. This led to steady weight gain. Ultra lite reset my eating and helped stop the cravings. I was extremely happy with the available support delicious recipes.

Ultra lite program was very easy to follow, help was always on hand, support group was amazing, overall health improved, i have so much more energy, my thought process is so much clearer and lost weight, would highly recommend ultra lite to anyone who is looking for a healthy way of life as food plan and recipes are delicious and become a lifestyle and not a diet, thank you ultra life for supporting me to become a healthier version of myself.

Very happy with the Ultra light Program, would be great if we can have Carbs and protein guide of more Keto food items.

It was what I needed to get myself back on track to being healthier.

Keto pancakes are amazing.
The ebook is good, I would only say that it was a little pricey for what you get.
