Ordering was simple. The delivery was prompt. The pillow is supporting my neck extremely well and I already after 2 weeks wake with less stiffness in my neck. I had one pillow replaced due to a faulty clip and the company arranged a replacement pillow without drama. I specifically purchased through this Australian business rather than buying knock offs from temu etc. Glad I stuck with Oz or my pillow would not have been replaced. I highly recommend buying through this business.

I finally received the pillows I ordered. The first order didn't arrive. The lovely lady I communicated with was very kind and helpful. When I opened the package the pillows didn't look like the o e o. The add, but I thought give it a go
Well after a week is was not better. When you lay on the pillow it goes very flat and there's no neck support at all. I contacted the company and the technician said that I need time adjusting to the pillow. Well I thanked the kind lady and left it at that, but I will not recommend buying this product as it's not what is advertised.

The pillow advertised on their social media pages if completely different to the pillows that I ordered from their website. The shape, the fabric and the "look" of the pillow was very different. I complained to the company and received a full refund - but no answer was given as to why the pillow delivered was different to the ones advertised.

My pillows arrived a day earlier than expected nice surprise. Pillows are everything l needed them to be . Comfortable supportive of my neck and head so no more discomfort after 3 weeks of using them. When l stay overnight anywhere l take my therapy pillow with me. Thank you Ultrawellness!!!!

My husband says since I have commenced using this pillow, my snoring has become alot less. It supports my head and neck well, which is obviously ideal! I am very happy with this pillow!

It's pointless telling this company what is wrong as you will not get a reply, say something nice and they will reply.
This is just one of those companies that rip off mainly females who are looking for something to help them and are then sent something they could have bought at K-Mart for 1/4 of the price and have been as useless as this product. Try doing some research first.

We purchased two pillows from this company, keeping in mind they had a 30 day money back guarantee. The pillows were far too low and not what we expected and both my husband and I woke up with sore necks. We have sent several emails to arrange a return and refund based on their 30 day money back guarantee and have not had any replies. Do not recommend this company at all.

Was a little taken back by the width of the pillow (it looked longer in the pictures) but the pillow is wonderful- I don’t toss and turn anymore and no neck aches- do you sell extra pillow slips?

I was initially quite sceptical but I have to admit that after a couple of weeks, I can say that the pillow is very comfortable and the neck and upper shoulder pain seems much better in the morning, with less wakings through the night.

It has been very difficult to get in touch via email or through their website. I have sent numerous emails and Facebook messages and, to date, have not received any response.
