Concerning they allow baby food purees to be shipped with dpd with no heat protection or thermal insulation packaging allowing on a hot day transfer of goods on a courier that doesnt use thermal protection to temperatures so may go over the 29c threshold for shelf safe goods this might deem the food unsafe just had to throw it all away but ulula said it should be fine travelling in a hot van in warm weather for over 10hours

I always buy ulula products for my kid but this time I ordered 36 bottles of baby water and only received 24 bottles, I contacted their customer service but no one has replied so far.

Courier takes a picture of the package in front of the door then proceeds to take it away with him !!! Have it all in video!!
Numerous calls and emails to the company to advise and get my package and no responses!!!

Ordered a Tikiri Hippo and it has been delivered quickly, however, the hippo was dirty and had small stains on it, which made me not want my infant to use it.
I have reached out to the support, and they have sent me a replacement supper quickly with a note that they are sorry and that they will send my feedback to the manufacturer.
For sure, things can go wrong when producing or delivering a product, so one shouldn't rate only based on that, but the support they receive after, and I am very happy with my experience.

The order was perfect. The package was in excellent condition, and the items were in excellent condition too. They sent some goodies for my baby.

Good product for my 10 month old granddaughter who at the moment is dairy etc free.
However the postage is extortionate for a small box, it was more than the rusks I ordered!!
Never again!!

Bought glass baby bottles - both small and large with spare nipples. Looks very decent. Will update once we’ve used the products.
