Poor customer service – not recommended
My experience with this company was very disappointing. The customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and did not respect the customer at all.
Instead of trying to solve the problem fairly, they ignored my concerns and spoke in a rude and careless manner. There was no clear communication, no responsibility, and no willingness to help.
Because of this bad treatment and lack of professionalism, I strongly advise people NOT to deal with this company. There are many better and more trustworthy travel companies available.
Save your money and avoid this company.

Very bad experience – not trustworthy
I booked a Umrah/Hajj package with this company and paid a deposit of 100. After only four days, when I returned to complete the remaining payment, they suddenly changed the price and increased it by 380 with no valid reason.
When I told them this was unfair and unacceptable, their response was shocking. They said that if I didn’t agree, I would lose my deposit and no refund would be given.
This is not professional, not honest, and not how a reliable travel company should treat customers. Changing prices after taking a deposit and refusing to refund is completely unethical.
I do NOT recommend dealing with this company. Please be very careful before paying any money.

I have an email saying that I’ll get over £500 refunded and not a penny yet! Hamza has blocked my WhatsApp and Shahid the ring leader was forever making excuses (lies) and now not answering my calls! No shame! I will pursue this and name and shame them!

Me and my friends 4 of us booked 8days umrah package with Umrah Experts and sister Maryum. We're able to pay in instalments and even got extra night Makkah for free and stay in hotel 5mins walk from Haram in Makkah and same in Madinah. So very happy with Maryum and Umrah Experts and will recommend them and use them again for sure in the future in shaa Allah

We recently booked our Umrah package with Umrah Experts, and words truly fall short in expressing how grateful and satisfied we are with their outstanding service. From the very beginning till the end of our journey, everything was managed with exceptional care and professionalism.
A very special mention goes to Brother Asim, who was not just our agent but more like a guardian throughout this spiritual journey. His kindness, patience, and genuine care stood out. He called us every single day—just to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were comfortable. Such dedication and personal attention are rare to find!
The flights, hotel arrangements, transportation, visa services—everything was absolutely perfect. Smooth, hassle-free, and exactly as promised. The hotels were clean and close to the Haramain, making our Ibadah even more peaceful.

Umrah experts robbed my family of our money. In their office they clearly stated they would refund our very small deposit of £100 per person, we have the voice recording to prove this.

One agent assures us we will have our refund in 3 days, that's now changed to "after Eid" in over week. Another agent says its non-refundable which contradicted what the first agent told us in their office!

We asked for the cancellation 48 hours after we visited. This company acts in bad faith. They will say one thing verbally and the complete opposite with written communication to cover their backs.

We have signed no documents agreeing to their terms, only a "holding fee" has been paid where we agreed we would confirm by the end of the week if we wanted to proceed. We chose not to, they now refuse to give our money back.

This is happening in the holy month of Ramadan, fear Allah swt. As i said we have audio proof that we would receive our money back!

Do not book with them, they are not "experts".

Umrah experts are SCAMMERS and CHEATERS. I have horrible experience with these people. They promise u one thing before they take money from you. After that they say so many things try to avoid u no proper communication. They gave me family package for specific price hotel accommodation with BF, Road transport, ziyarat. In the end they provided nothing. They change my hotels and ask more money. No choice paid. They stitch me up . Bunch of Liars

I would highly recommend this company. Mr Mateen was the person who organised our travel. It was tayler made. I was going to Saudia Arabia from the UK and my family from Pakistan, from two different cities. All organised by Mateen and we have to do few modifications as we all wanted to get there at the same time. We have no issues at all. He arranged Everything ie Visa, flights hotels and cab service from A to B. We can't thank him and the company enough. I would give them 10 stars 🌟 without any hesitation. Once again A Big thank you.

Disgrace to the ummah! Don’t trust these scammers Allah will deal with them. They have booked us the promised trip and guides and when we went there was nothing or anything in place. Did not reimburse us either
