Javeria . Bisma . Fatima . Wajahat all lie pls don’t use them thy r big scam and shame on them all . Thy don’t have any office in houston and thy only lie thy r fraud company and stealing money.

We booked Umrah package from NYC for our family of 3 without any group adding an extra stop in Dubai, for 3 nights Makkah, 3 Nights Madinah and 3 nights in Dubai. Although there was some confusion initially due to lack of proper information and communication by the sales coordinator, but later on Mr. Muzammil took over and handled the whole tour to his best. All the hotels, that is, Worth Peninsula in Madinah, Sheraton Jabal al Kabah in Makkah and Elite Byblos in Dubai were very good hotels. Sheraton Jabal al Kabah is on a cliff so it is not suitable for handicapped and special needs guests as the road down hill and uphill are at a slope and makes it difficult to push the wheel chair. Although it is close to Haram, but still 20 minutes walk to Kabah. is in all the three places were very good. The transportation from airport to the hotels and back, and for both the ziarats in Madinah and Makkah were well arranged. We didn't have any problem as their local representatives would stay in contact. Thanks to Mr. Muzammil for taking over our bookings, handling it very well and providing all the details of travel to us. There were some timing issues in providing the information due to limitations of the local vendors. However, we could still communicate both with Mr. Muzammil and the local providers while being there. In the end we were happy that every thing worked out very well without any problem. Just one advise to Umrah International, and that is, if they could provide all the pricing details of their package, a proforma invoice along with the schedule of payment, form of payment with correct bank account details, and the approximate dates by which confirmation of each aspect of the package would be available.

Fake agency running under multiple names! They are all the same agents running these fake agency!! They go by different names and lie to steal money from agents!! They don’t give the service they promise!! All the imams involved as their partners also seems to be frauds!! Please be aware and don’t fall for their lies scams!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had with this agency regarding our Hajj funds. We were informed in July that our refund would be issued by the end of the year. However, when the end of the year arrived, our calls went unanswered and we were unable to get any further communication from them.

Additionally, the listed Texas location does not appear to be a physical office, but rather a P.O. Box, which raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and transparency of their operations.

Fraud Alert – Please Read Carefully

I am writing with extreme frustration, stress, and disappointment to share my experience with this Umrah agency name 'UMRAH INTERNATIONAL' and to warn others to think twice before using their services.

I paid $3,960 for an Umrah travel package. After a severe snowstorm on January 6th, 2025 prevented travel, I informed the agency in advance and was assured that my trip would be rescheduled. Since then I have been trying to reschedule my Umrah trip with the agency's assurance. But,suddenly the agency stopped responding completely. They ignored my phone calls, messages, and emails and cut off all communication.

Later, I was told that the agent who handled my case name ;Wajahat Mustapha', no longer worked there and that my ticket had “expired”—information that was never shared with me before. This was then used as a reason to deny both rescheduling and a refund.

As a single mother dealing with health and financial challenges, this situation has caused me severe mental stress, emotional pain, and financial hardship. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic human responsibility has been shocking.
Because the agency refused to communicate or resolve the issue, I have filed formal complaints with Consumer Protection and the FTC. Despite this, they continue to remain silent and refuse all communication.
I am sharing this to warn others: please be very careful and do thorough research before trusting this agency with your money or your sacred Umrah journey. No one should have to go through this kind of experience.

This company has been extremely disappointing. My husband and I paid $5,000 for an Umrah trip but were unable to travel at the scheduled time due to legal issues. We were assured that we could reschedule for a later date. However, when we attempted to do so, the company refused to refund our payment and instead demanded that we purchase a new ticket costing over $3,000. They have also stopped responding to our calls, which makes it feel like they are intentionally avoiding us. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability. Fahad and Javeria should not be in this profession. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and completely incapable of handling basic responsibilities. One of the worst service experiences imaginable. I regret trusting them and strongly warn others not to make the same mistake.

Absolutely unacceptable service. This travel agent changed our tickets twice and repeatedly lied by telling us that’s not there false airline charge twice . In reality, they charged us twice Now the agent refuses to refund our money and keeps sending us in circles with excuses. No one takes responsibility, no one helps, and communication is terrible. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and money—do not use this travel agent.

I was able to get my dream come true through this company. I was able to take my parents to umrah. They very extremely nice where there yo answer any questions I had. I am very thankful to Abdul bhai.

They have been nearly impossible to reach, ignoring calls and failing to respond when needed. They don’t appear to operate from the U.S. despite what they claim, and their communication and reliability have been extremely poor. My experience felt unprofessional and unsafe, and I would not recommend anyone working with them.

Do not trust them.
They are a scam. They took $4000 from me outside of NUSUK, which is the only way to get a HAJJ VISA.
They use all the appropriate Islamic terms to convince you they are Muslim, but I fear hey may be non-Muslims from India or Israel.
You can only pursue Hajj through the NUSUK app and from the Saudi Government.

I was so worried reading all these bad reviews after paying them the final payments . My mom told me don’t worry just trust Allah swt we made our niyha and our ummrah is already excepted even if we get scammed.unfortunately their are a lot of scammers in this world that makes us doubt about everything.
Brother QADIR is the most amazing person. He has so much patience. I changed my dates 4 times and called him probably 100 times. Each time he was very professional and humble. I traveled with two disabled person and a child . The hotel that we got was 5 starr and very close to haram. Their team in Maka and Madina very professional welcoming and on time. We did not have any issues with our hotels and drivers at all . Brother Haider and his team very nice and helped us a lot in maka and Madina. Diver br WASEEM he picked us up from airport and stoped at gas station and bought us cold water I thought that was very nice . All the drivers helped us with our laggage and opening the door for us and helping us getting out of the car and getting in the car. I really recommend this company if you are planning to do ummrah anytime soon . Believe me you won’t be disappointe.

These people scammers! Thats why I want to warn others about my experience with Umrah International. After paying for a Hajj/Umrah package, I never received the promised services or any refund. When I reached out, the company claimed that all funds were sent to third-party vendors and that they could not issue refunds. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no clear documentation or proof that my money was used as agreed.

Please be cautious before sending any payment. I recommend verifying directly with the Saudi Hajj Ministry to ensure any travel agency is licensed and authorized. I sincerely hope others do not go through the same disappointment and financial loss.

Umrah International is trust-worthy and they did great service for my last-minute Umrah visa and Tourist Visa. Br. Haider was always available just a ping away in WhatsApp or call and he ensured to keep me updated at every single step. Alhamdhulillah I am writing this review after completing my umrah. I recommend Umrah international to my fellow Muslim brothers and sisters.

This company is an absolute fraud. They happily took my money for hajj 2025, made big promises, and then completely vanished. My family paid over 26k plus airfare over 8k. We never got our visa, no explanation just pure excuses! When I tried to contact them, they were making excuses that hajj ministry hasn't returned money but now they ignoring every single call and message.

They have no shame and no integrity. Cheating people out of such a holy trip. It’s been 7 months and they still haven’t returned a single cent of my money. This agency is a disgrace to the travel industry and should be shut down immediately for cheating people.

If you value your money and your peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this scam of a company. They are nothing but liars and thief.

I can't describe the words I feel. We have been scammed. They made us Zelle them which was pretty sketchy from the beginning, this was supposed to be a spiritual family vacation, and I didn't think that someone would do that to a family that's going to umrah. When we arrived in Medina after a 4 Hour drive the receptionist at the hotel said there was no booking under my or my husband's name. We instantly started calling and calling and they've rejected our phone calls so many times that they just said, "Oh, buy your own hotel. We'll worry about it tomorrow mind you and my husband and my two-year-old baby were outside the hotel from 2am-5am trying to figure this out after a 15-hour flight, 4-hour car drive to Medina, and 3 hours outside people thought we couldn't afford a room it was so embarrassing. The next day came they were ignoring my phone calls again they made us spend money. They basically took over $2000 from us which was supposed to include hotels, transportation, and tours, and they did not provide us not one thing out of everything we paid, and then told us to book our own Medina and Mecca hotels. They are scammers they basically stole our money, scammed us, and didn't care They don't care about anybody but their selves please please please do yourself a favor and book with another company because this one is going to get a nice lawsuit out of us.

I booked a Hajj package for myself and my family with them at the beginning of the year. The total cost was $26,540 + the airway which was around $8,500. I admit, I was hesitant initially due to some negative 1-star reviews, but they were able to convince me otherwise with their sales approach. Due to their negligence, they missed the hajj deadline and took my money and never returned it. They used to call/text me all the time before I made the transaction but now it seems they have blocked my number even though I have been patient and respectful throughout the whole process despite the blunder they made. Their office doesn't even exist!!! I'm sure they operate from Pakistan. It's totally their fault and they must be hold accountable. People just don't trust them! If it happened to you as well then I recommend you to also post your review. Please don't lose your money like I did this is a scam took my money ($2128) for trip to Madina and then to Mecca with tour guide not including flights,flights are separate got to hotel to find out there was no booking and hotel said they have never delt with company, me my wife 2 year old child stood infront of hotel trying to get ahold of someone when we finally did they said or sorry nothing when can do pay for tonight and we will resolve it tomorrow this is my 5th day nothing has been resolved I have not received anything from company not a tour guide not transportation nothing I have paid for my trip out of pocket once again and they refuse to refund my money

All my Umrah trip was great experience, arranged by Wajahat in the first place, and with the best team on the ground. They were cooperate properly with me and any adjustments in time of the transportation. I really like all the services and recommended this company and Wajahat for any future reference.

They promised me a trip to Hajj and “ no visa vas approved “ I have requested refund of $11,000.00 I have wired to them. Promises and excuses never got the money. Filed the claim with my bank and will file claim with the local FBI office as well.
