Alhamdulillah, our Umrah with Umrah Tours Ltd was absolutely smooth and stress-free from beginning to end.
The booking was so well organized — flights, transfers, and hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were all handled professionally.
Transfers were always on time and comfortable, and the hotels were clean, well-located, and had everything we needed. It really let us focus on our ibadah without any worries.
A huge thank you to Muhammad Aqib Shabbir for his constant support. He was always there to guide us, answer questions, and make sure everything went perfectly. His kindness and professionalism made our journey so much easier.
Highly recommend Umrah Tours Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and caring Umrah provider. JazakAllahu Khair!
We booked a umrah package n our flights got cancelled, we wanted to reschedule but aqib our travel agent advised to cancel cause of war. he stated we'd get our refund for flights. He said he will try for our makkah hotels but was very hopeful we'd get our Madinah hotels. In the end we didn't receive not one penny. He stated he didn't receive anything from the airlines. which is absolutely nonsense. He kept on promising, Wasting our time. When we wrote a letter of attention he declared bankruptcy and he's not atol protected. We wanted to go n see him but there's no travel agent shop because he's based in Pakistan.
Our experience with Umrah Tours Ltd was excellent from start to finish. The entire booking process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. Everything was arranged professionally, including our flights, transfers, and hotel accommodations in both Makkah and Madinah.
The transfers were always punctual and comfortable, making our journey between destinations seamless. The hotels were well located, clean, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, allowing us to focus on our worship without any concerns.
A special thank you goes to Muhammad Aqib Shabbir, who supported us throughout our entire Umrah journey. He was always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and ensure everything went according to plan. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication gave us great peace of mind, and we truly appreciated his constant support.
We are grateful to Umrah Tours Ltd for making our Umrah experience so smooth and memorable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and well-organized Umrah travel provider.
