Friendly and efficient service
Gary and his colleague communicated well, and managed to reverse the van and tanker up our very narrow lane (well done!) and emptied our septic tank with no fuss, and a 'can do' and friendly attitude. Would definitely recommend Unblockers.

Service was brilliant from the first…
Service was brilliant from the first phone call. Had a blocked drain outside and they booked me in straight away for the next morning. Arrived early and promptly got to work, explained everything he found and fixed the problem, which turned out wasn't our drains but the neighbours.

Blocked outside drain
Woke up to blocked outside drain, along with all the accompanying unpleasantness.
Unblockers arrived within an hour of our call, identified where the blockage was and removed it quickly.

When they arrived my drains were…
When they arrived my drains were blocked. When they left they weren't. No messing about, they just got on and did the job. Antony was a really nice guy too.

The man who came to clear the blockage was brilliant. He was cheerful and friendly and kept me informed throughout as to what had caused the blockage. He just came and did the job professionally and without fuss and I was a happy customer.

We were very impressed with this company. Gary arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He kept us informed about what he was doing at all times. Blocked drain
Had a blocked drain and was due to go on holiday within 2 days. Contacted unblock and they responded very promptly and my drain problem was sorted without any problem. Excellent service.

Excellent...and reasonably priced.
'Unblockers' were prompt and came out within a couple of hours of us calling. Their prices were very reasonable and competitive.
Tom who took time to explain was very professional, reassuring and friendly.
I've made sure to keep their number just in case we ever need them again.

First Rate Experiance.
Firstly, they didn't know me or our business from a bar of soap but they still arranged attendance without smothering me in emails, permissions or forms.
They arrived within the time period specified and were completely professional throughout providing a top notch service which not only resolved the issue but also identified the cause of it.
Communication was also effective throughout and we even received a courtesy follow up call to make sure we were completely satisfied.
Being an NHS service provider we can't afford to be in a situation where we might have to close a facility or cut a service and because of the above we didn't have to.
I was so impressed I have moved Unblockers to our emergency call roster for any possible future needs.

Had a blocked sewage drainage system..called these guys arrived within 20 minutes unblocked in 5...very informative explained everything wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again..

Didn't turn up or call to let me know
I spoke to an agent at unblockers.net who took my address, postcode and phone number. They transferred me to an engineer allegedly in my area who took the details of the job, gave me a quote and an estimate arrival time, as well as my address and postcode again. When nobody arrived I called again to be told that the engineer and company didn't cover my area, and that they didn't have anyone who could. I live in Hackney in London, so was very surprised by this, but also felt extremely frustrated and let down by the process and the fact that nobody had called to inform me of this in advance. Won't be using again or recommending.
