Really excellent prompt service
Really excellent service from both the office staff and the on call engineer. James the engineer arrived very quickly. He was able to assure me in minutes that the problem was a leaking hydrant under an unmarked inspection cover, not a blocked surface water drain. He helped me contact SWW to report the issue.

Home buyers drain survey
I needed a home buyers drain survey and found Yorkshire Drain Survey online. I contacted them and had a very quick response. They listened to what I needed, explained how they could help, their availability and costs upfront. They even advised on questions to ask other providers when looking for quotes which I thought was brilliant. When I booked them, they completed the survey very quickly and gave back a detailed report with the identified issues and a quote to fix. Professional, friendly and an excellent service end to end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent efficient service
Polite, friendly, helpful info from Andrew who arranged for Tom to come on the same day. Tom couldn’t have been more helpful, sorting our drain problem quickly & efficiently. Also showed us what was happening & pointed out possible future issues using his camera equipment. Might not be the cheapest but was excellent service & trustworthy performance

Unblockers - the clue is in the name.
I called Unblockers to help with a blocked drain. The call was answered quickly and then I received a follow up call by Andrew within minutes. The job was booked in for 8am this morning and was attended by Tom. He arrived right on time and had the entire job done incredibly quickly - no fuss! Before he left, he doubled checked everything (again) & with a camera and the drain was perfectly clear. I can't thank Tom enough for his efficiency and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company for all your blocked drains!

did a great job 👏 think it could of been hosed down a bit better, would of give 5 stars if i hadn’t of had to do it myself next day.. in fact it took 2 attempts to clean it up properly.

I telephoned after 9.00a.m. The call was answered immediately and by 11.00a.m the problem was sorted and my drains were flowing free.
Everybody I dealt with was polite and professional.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing, guy came out within an hour, he explained everything he was doing at every stage, couldn't do enough to help. Unfortunately the problem was worse than first thought, got a quote via email with full details of work required at an extremely reasonable cost.
Would totally recommend this company, cannot fault them 8n the slightest.

Quick Response and Excellent Service
The toilet was blocked, and when I flushed it, wastewater overflowed all over the bathroom.
I called, and they responded very quickly, sending an engineer equipped with some really useful tools. It turned out that my toddler had flushed toys down the toilet, which had blocked the drain pipe, as we could see from the camera equipment the engineer came with.
It took a considerable amount of effort to remove them from the drain pipes and resolve the issue.
I would definitely recommend them, as I experienced timely and professional service.

Excellent speedy response
Tom came out to unblock our drains within a couple of hours of calling this afternoon. Excellent and friendly service. Tom took the time to show us the images of the inside of the drains and offered advice on how to stop the issue in the future. He did everything he could to avoid having to dig up the drive which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
