Most unprofessional company ever
This company is probably the most horrible experience I have ever had with a purchase. I bought a lifting belt. Website said most shipments arrive within 2-3 days but I didn’t really think much about it because of the pandemic and such, until about 2 weeks go by and I started to suspect something was up. I attempted to contact their customer support, waited… and waited… and got no response. So I sent another. Still no reply. Then a month went by. I don’t even know how many messages I sent, basically pleading with them for any sort of explanation, and I was getting irate and fed up, and I have never been one to get upset like this. I even went to the comments of their instagram in an attempt to get SOMEONE who worked with them to see my ordeal. When I tried to send them another email basically saying I just want a refund, I kept getting an error message, couldn’t pull up their instagram, couldn’t even find their website anymore. So I assume they had blocked me in any possible way to avoid me trying to hold them accountable for basically taking my money. They’re probably gonna end up deleting this review as well LOL. I eventually did get a refund out of no where, but never did get an explanation or any sort of communication from Unbroken Designs.
TL;DR do not trust this company with one cent out of your wallet lmao
