Disappointing: Bad quality & not so sustainable as they claim
Fancy IG ads that I fell for due to the colourful funky shoe soles. But after not more than 1 month the glue falls apart. Also they claim to be super sustainable. Though, it came in a plastic packaging that was not recycled plastic no compostable bioplastic.

I’ve had the vanilla Nuven pair for 8…
I’ve had the vanilla Nuven pair for 8 months. I love them! They are still as good as new and I’ve washed them in my machine on a delicate low temp wash when they get crud on them and they come out well clean. I’ve just bought the black pair and I love them too. People are always like ‘bro your trainers are sick and ‘I’m like thanks bro, you can touch them if you want’ and then they’re like ‘er… I’m gonna go now’.

I've bought 4 pairs of sneakers (two for myself and two for my 70 yo father). So far the experience has been great. My father uses his camel ones so much that he asked me for a new pair in grey. My easy breezy pair is great for the summer. I had them delivered by mail and it came quickly.

Sohle der Schuhe löst sich nach wenigen Wochen
Der Schuh sieht super aus, aber bereits nach wenigen Wochen und nur einigen Malen Tragen des Schuhs, löst sich die Sohle ab.

The Quality is really bad
The Quality is really bad, the shoes start to fall into pieces after just one month. They don’t offer any real help and just ask you to go to a local shoe repair shop, even if the repair shop says it doesn’t make sense.

Poor Quality Trainers & Bad Business Practices
Poor customer service and bad business practices.
I bought 3 pairs of vanilla Nuven trainers. One was for me, one was for a friend and one for my girlfriend.
My trainers and my girlfriends trainers started to fall apart after 2-3 months of very light use. I haven't asked my friend about the third pair.
I contacted UndoForTomorrow's customer service and they said there was nothing they can do. They only offered 10% discount on a new purchase. I sent them pictures of where all of the lining was coming away from the inside of the shoe and they said it wasn't possible to determine any factory faults.
In short, the trainers are quite nice but quality and the customer experience are really bad. The company also deletes any negative feedback they receive.
