The products are amazing! After a year and a half of dealing with the creepy crawly feeling and not being able to get rid of it I found this company! Their products are amazing I'm on the third month and feel so much better! Another bonus is their customer service! they become family to you they call and check on you, ask how your doing and there is anything they can help with I couldn't ask for a better product or experience with Ungex. A huge Thanks to Alex at ungex! After several trips to the dermatologists all they could offer was steroid creams. THe Ungex products Actually took care of the problem. So grateful for the support and guidance from Alex, through this difficult time! I am so glad to be bite free for the first time in three years !!

Initially delayed purchasing the products since they were beyond my budget...but after constant time-consuming back and forth meetings with my dermatologist who didn't help, I gave it a go. Finally, something that works. Really important to actually talk to their support team though. Because the information on their sites and item descriptions, as well as their user guide, can be kinda not straight forward...or at least isn't written so convincingly. Luckily, their support is really nice and takes time if you schedule times with them.
