Unicoeye took my money and I never received my merchandise

These people swear that they sent me my merchandise and I never received it and then I’m asking them where they sent it to and they still won’t answer my question. They are very unprofessional- I know that they’re merchandise is insured they should be trying to help me. They won’t even answer the question where they sent it to. They just keep telling me it was delivered and I was there the day. They said it was delivered, and it never came. So basically, they ripped me off. Be careful with these people.

Scam, scam ,scam

Unfortunately I placed an order on 8/9/24 before reading all of these reviews. I contacted them in Sept and was also told "pre-sale items take longer". I understand that however, the website stated 10-20 business days. It is now 10/19 and it has clearly been a lot longer. I have emailed them for a refund and called their contact # which I can only leave a message with. This site is a total scam and I just want my $ back.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have been waiting over 30 days for my order. I haven't even received any tracking information! I contacted customer service and they said that pre- sale items were supposed to ship on Sept. 18th. Well today is the 25th and I still don't have any tracking information. I actually made the mistake of placing 2 orders so I asked to be refunded for one of them since I had to wait so long to get them. They promised a refund for one order but I haven't gotten my refund in addition to not showing any signs of actually sending me my other order. These are prescription lens so I am very upset about this as I need my lens to actually SEE!

At first I got a notification that my order could not be delivered even though it showed me it was already in town. I emailed them and Eva got back very quick! The customer service dept is great! I had an inexpensive order that I placed. It slipped my mind and realized almost 3 months later that I never received my order. Upon checking into it I realized I made a mistake when I entered my address. Product had been sent back. I had sent an email with my correct address. Honestly, I wasn't expecting a reply since my order was 3 months prior. To my surprise, Eva from customer service had replied. She had reached out to management and was able to make an arrangement to have my order shipped out to me. Even though my order was more than likely a loss on their part, they made sure to take care of me as they would've someone that placed an expensive order.

The best brand for contacts ever!

The best brand for contacts I have saw!! The prices are affordable compared to these other brands selling for 40-100 dollars! The package arrived on time without any disfigurements to the box or product. The contacts were beautiful and the best part was by far the customer service! Who cleared up any questions I had and went out of their way to help me and I was just a first time customer!

Colors!! I love all the colors!!
My package got lost. I emailed them. Eva got my problem fixed right away!! One of the colors I picked was out of stock she told me to pick out a new one no extra charge. Now they are on the way!! Can't wait to get them!!!

I always purchase my color contacts from them. They are great quality at a very affordable price. Their customer service is exceptional as well. I had an issue with one of my orders that was quickly resolved. Definitely recommend!
